slayer. Farming is an accompanying skill. How many people get on in the morning, and train farming for 8 hours? Most people spend half an hour, run around to all the patches, then go do something else. But Slayer, they have to be actively training.

quickest is w99. second quickest is w16. third quickest (I think) is combination runes. fourth quickest is nats/laws through the abyss.

You can kill cockatrices and basilisks without a mirror shield, but I think you'd need a good amount of restore pots, they drain stats fast.
