Remakes
you fail so hard its not even remotely funny. +11ty billion. Having the same name is where the original and the remake stop being the same movie. The only plus point was Charlize Theron lol. She hot. And yer Baron, the squeal was mainly set in LA lol.

Bionic Woman - 2007 Remake
Man, Michelle Ryan... she used to play Zoe in Eastender (a crappy British soap). Can't believe how hot she is now. I might download an episode to see what it's like before I bother waiting for the UK TV release

Rage Against The Machine.
I hadn't really noticed them until they did Wake Up for the Matrix sound track. That was an awsome tune and I've enjoyed their stuff ever since. Would really like to see them live, but they never seem to play the UK :(

Confusing Movie Endings
With that one, pretty sure it was all in his head. What a class movie though... some really funny tongue-in-cheek stuff :)

What movie(s) did you last see?
The Brave One http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0476964/ Nothing special, but still fairly enjoyable. Just a movie about good old fashioned well deserved revenge. Nice to see a movie that isn't overly concerned with political correctness (that revenge is wrong and that the law will sort them out lol). 6/10

How's Your American Geography?
There was a similar game posted a while back with a map of Europe. Well here's an American version of it... http://www.addictinggames.com/50states.html How did you score? I got 82.0... and I'm British lol.

Confusing Movie Endings
I know exactly what you're talking about, and I'm pretty sure it was Contact. But how is that confusing? Makes sense to me. Yeah, but the point of the movie was that it was trying to compare people who believe in aliens to those of extreme religious dispositions. Religious folk believe in the existence of God despite the complete lack of proof. Jodie Foster's character makes a big deal about this. It's supposed to be ironic that when she finally meets aliens, that she has no proof and scientists now need "faith".

Easy Mithril: Grand Tree Method
You should add the new Varrock Diary Reward armour to your inventory list. It gives you a slight chance of mining an extra ore.

Japan Invents A 26 Hour Work Day.

Champions scrolls
My total combat experience is about 135,000,000 yet I have never received a champion scroll. I'd be annoyed, but I struggle to see the point of their existence.

Top 5 Favorite Bands Right Now.
I'm loving that list... Mine (in no particular order) * Metallica * RHCP * Foo Fighters * Fallout Boy * My Chemical Romance

Remakes
Totally agree with The Thomas Crown Affair. A slick movie and a cool soundtrack. I'm a little surprised at Cruel Intentions... gotta say I really enjoyed it. But to be honest, I've never seen the original

Confusing Movie Endings
Been a while since I've seen that one, but wasn't it just a bunch of aliens converting Jupiter's mass into a fussionable material and creating a new mini-star system with our own, for them to inhabit?

Modern Horror - is it crap?
You're right that modern horror for the most part, is pretty awful. I can tell from the trailer if it's gonna suck or not... the crap ones usually rely on a loud noise to make you jump. Really lame. My favourite horrors tend to creep me out rather than give me outright frights. My favourite horror movies... * Alien * The Thing * Final Destination (very creepy with the plane crash) * The Descent * Pitch Black What I recon are the worst in recent memory... * Hills Have Eyes 2 * Jeepers Creepers ( was good until they made him some kind of vampire thingy) * Blair Witch Project (about as scary as a Teletubby stroking a kitten) * The Grudge (american version) * Darkness Falls * An American Haunting * Scream 2 & 3 * Exorcism of Emily Rose ( I wanted horror, not a courtroom drama!)

Remakes
Completely agree. I cringe every time I hear of another American remake of an Asian horror movie. Lady Vengence, The Ring, Audition etc... all legendary and should/should've been left well alone.

Confusing Movie Endings
The only thing that confused me about that movie was, why oh why, did they inflicted a sequel on us? ;)

Foo Fighter's New Album!!
I can't wait for the new album. Gotta say that I was a little disappointed by the last album, so I have really high hopes for this one.

Remakes
To be honest, I didn't realise the original was based on a book? Anyway, I recon the original ending was pretty much the greatest ending I'd ever seen. Any remake would be hard pressed to top it, hence the reason Burton made one that made zero sense lol. ;)

Confusing Movie Endings
Warning... potential spoilers. It's happened to us all. You've just watched a great movie, but are left feeling confused at the end... Total Recall - was it all a dream? Contact - was the alien contact real? Planet of the Apes (remake) - was that really set on Earth? etc.... In the case of Planet of the Apes, I can only assume that it wasn't Earth, since the solar system layout was all wrong. I presume the general having seen the potential human technology, had the apes develop their own, use the time rift and attack Earth in it's own past. In Contact, the 17 hours of blank footage was damning, confirming that it was in fact real. Total Recall. Pretty sure that was all a dream, but I've no evidence lol. Got your own opinions or other movie endings you'd like to discuss?
