Nice guide. I've used power mining before, I found the key was, patience. On a side note, I find killing Ankous a method which is almost as quick at collecting mithril ore lol.

I like this guide, but unfortunately it doesn't factor into the time scale the fact that most of the descent hunting areas are simply too busy. :(

The Underground quest where I had to perform the same agility trap over and over and over again.... really annoyed me.

I probably wouldn't use an RS calc anyway... as it only takes me a few seconds to load up Windows calc which I can use with my number pad. Would probably be quicker than anything Jagex come up with.

I'm well impressed by Leeds at the moment. They started the season with a 15 point penalty. Now seven games in, they've won all their games and are already out of the relegation zone. I'm really pleased for them... their fans have been really loyal and it's nice to see them recovering a little.

Being an animal lover myself, I'm totally against cruelty to them. I believe that an act of cruelty against an animal should be treated the same as though the act were against a person. Frankly, anyone who is capable of doing something that awful (feeding a cat to a dog whilst still alive), is a dangerous person and it would be better for society if they were put safely behind bars. Having said this... I'm all for cruelty against Chavs (yes, they're animals!)

I once spent a full calander month killing Dust Devils. I killed 12k + and didn't get a dragon chain. I shudder to think how difficult a dragon full plate would be to obtain, if it's ever released.

I agree that the Dagannoths are the best for speed training. I however, tend to use my cannon to speed up certain slaying tasks. It's great for high level monsters and multi-combat zones such as Black Demons, Kalphite etc...

Shoot 'Em Up. - thought it was excellent. A total carry on really.... reminded me of Crank. 8/10 Wild Hogs - not very good at all. Lesson learned though... if it stars Tim Allen... stay clear ;) 3/10

The only exception to the rule that I'm aware of are Dark Beasts. They are permanently agressive. I know, I once spent 5 hours there without moving.

Any where, where your target is not obscured by an obstacle or fence. You can wear it anywhere though (i.e. when hunting), and it'll still collect arrows for you.

And then Saw V, and VI, and VII. . . and XIII. Aren't there supposed to be 13 of them eventually? I never heard about them going that far with them but I'm all for hours of senseless killing :) I think they should leave it at three and allow the series to finish on a high. Anymore would be taking it too far. The plot was already getting a little thin on the third one, I think another would just ruin it.

I'm torn between seeing Shoot 'Em Up and Super Bad tomorrow night.... anyone recommend one over the other?

I think the reason they didn't introduce a blood altar is because it would wipe much of the value off Barrowing... one of the few good sources of blood runes. That and the fact that Jagex probably don't want an overabundance of powerful runes in the game.
