I Write Sins - Panic! At The Disco

Awesome... forgot all about that one. I downloaded a PC emulator a year ago. Got Sonic, Strider, Moonwalker, ChuckRock, Cool Spot, Streets of Rage etc.... great stuff :)

I was thinking about a hybrid player as well... but I don't wanna waste money on the actual discs too lol. If one format wins out eventually, then they may stop making hybrid players or perhaps they'll be too expensive.

So.. the Blueray and HD sections are getting much bigger at HMV lol. Think it's nearly time to begin the move from DVD onto the new format.... but which? No one wants to invest money in one particular medium that ends up disappearing. I don't know about the rest of you, but I'm pretty mad at whatever body decides what new formats should be used. I can't believe they've allowed us consumers to be put into a situation like this. Anyway, which format are you tempted to choose (or you may have done so already). Which format do you think will win the "war"?... and why? I'm really on the fence on this one... gonna wait a bit longer before I decide, and of course, wait for the prices to come down, not just for the players, but for the discs also. I only joined due to a post on the main TipIt page. I can't remember what they were discussing but it was about a new update anyway. I didn't actually make my first post until about a year after I joined lol... I just read that thread and forgot all about my account.

I would tell myself (and force him to write down), every sport result that I can remember... especially the unexpected ones. With this knowledge I could make myself a millionaire in a short time. Depending on how far back I go, I'd also tell myself about every major disaster in the hope that my former self could issue anonymous warnings (i.e. 9/11, London subways, etc...)

Bought 300 on DVD last night. Was gonna wait for the HD/Blueray release, but to be honest, I've still decided which format to buy yet. Anyway, despite the inferior quality of the format, I still really enjoyed this as much as I did when I watched it at the cinema.

I've never been into rap. To me, it just sounds like the same stuff over and over. I genuinely can't tell one song from the next. Add to that the apparent lack of originality... by that I mean, the only memorable rap songs are the ones that rip someone else's song. I'm not surprised that people are finally tiring of it.

I loved the first two, but thought the third one was very poor by comparison. I think four is taking it too far. I imagine they'll milk this series to death though.

300 - watched it in the cinema a while back when it was out, but just watched it again on DVD last night. Awesome movie... love the style and action. 10/10

Agreed. I managed to sell mine for 775k. So basically a 25k profit for one of the rarest drops in the game. Pretty disappointed about that. Maybe Jagex should discontinue the item... it'll shoot up in price then lol. Yeah, like that'd happen eh?

Just to add a wee side note. UEFA are creating a very dangerous situation if they levy anything heavier than a fine for the behaviour of a single fan. Suppose for example, an Everton fan decides to attend a Liverpool game, invades the pitch, hits the ref, then runs off. Maybe he's caught, maybe he isn't. Either way, FIFA/UEFA would take action against Liverpool. This type of thing could occur anywhere in Europe. So where exactly do we draw the line?

Well said mate. It's no secret that I'm an avid Celtic fan, so you may think my views are a little biased. Anyway, I agree with the life ban this fan has received and I think he should be sued. I also believe that Rock Steady, the group that provided security for the stadium should be sued for allowing the fan to run onto the park and then failing to catch him. I think that Dida's theatric attempt at an oscar will actually help Celtic's cause. There was the lightest of possible touches from the fan, whom Dida then proceeded to chase. He then fell down and was stretchered off with an ice pack on his "terribly wounded" face. I was more embarrassed about that than what the fan did. But what's really annoying me is that Celtic's greatest European victory in years has been basically ignored thanks to a moron. I'm gutted about that. P.S. my throat is still killing me from all the shouting at the game ;)

Frankly, I'm pleased by the update. I will no longer be extorted when buying water filled vials or certain runes. In fact, I'm delighted by the update.

I was browsing one of those nostalgic eighties web sites which contains various sections such as TV shows, Movies, Music, Commercials etc... But the one that caught my attention was the Toys section. It was great looking at all those old toys from my childhood (not that long ago... honest) ;) Anyway, I was just wondering what your favourite toys were as a kid, or if you're still a kid... whatever. Mine was definately my Star Wars toys. In particular, my AT-AT Walker which was about the size of a dog lol. What's yours? Upload a picture if you have one :)

I think you mean the HIDE function? The far left button whilst composing a post. It's very easy to use, juse the "Preview" button before posting to make sure it's what you want.

Hypercam is also very popular. Free and easy with quite a lot of customised options :)

So the only thing that would keep you happy is another GWD update? :| I'm glad Edge is getting remodeled. I was actually just thinking about it the other day. Where did I say that? You assuming things again? I expected more content update as do many who have posted.
