  1. I used a d scimmy, silverlight is only as good as a rune longsword against demons. I think darklight is as good as a dragon longsword against them. So using silverlight is a bad idea, darklight is fine, id reccomend doing 4 dds specials first though.
  2. I know world 16 airs is good, but to make it worthwhile for crafters, you need like either 44 or 55 runerafting, anytihng after that makes you money.
  3. If you are quitting, NEVER SELL YOUR RARES. Santas might be going down but think about it. Do you think they will stay low? Even I know that they will bounce back like they always do, just as everything that there is limited copies of will
  4. A good friend of mine got banned, he showed me his offences screen. It said "you are permanently banned" "Offenses: none" SInce there were no offenses, he couldnt appeal, so hes sent in a query, 3 days and no answer so far
  5. I was at fire giants when i noticed a lava bstaff on the ground. It was on top of a wierd circly thing. I right click. Dharok helm 0. Wow i was lucky that day. i didnt catch his name or i would have given back. Dharok helm was the only thing i got as somone else was there. Thats why i dont dharok. :ohnoes:
  6. They already have an episode of world of warcraft, i dont think they would make a new one of an other mmorpg. The WoW one completely rocked though. I dont play WoW, I play Hello Kitty Island Adventure! \
  7. Get 59 mage, or else you will probably get owned by rune pkers.
  8. Even if you do RFD, you have to talk to Daero to get to the island. Although maybe he has another option if you're doing RFD at the time. I know that after you finish the monkey part of RFD you can teleport to Ape Atoll.
  9. They're pretty bad weapons, I think +11 to each attack stat.
  10. My KBD head, although I'll probably never be able to mount it.
  11. Crocodiles exist, in the desert northwest of Nardah on the river.[/b]
  12. Real friendship is priceless. :shame:
  13. Dude, whip prices won't rise back up. There are more 85 slayers, so abyssal demons are killed faster, so more whips drop. Investing in whips wouldonly lose you money.
  14. I was thinking maybe somone could just identify the virus..?
  15. Well I'm making this for a friend hwo doesn't play rs, but he seems to have gotten a virus. A good friend told me he should get "Hijack This" and post a log. He wrote out the log for me, he doesn't know which file the virus is. If i paste it here, maybe somebody could tell me which ones are viruses so he could get rid of them. Sorry if i sound stupid, I really am about tech stuff. Here it is: Logfile of HijackThis v1.99.1 Scan saved at 7:05:02 PM, on 9/3/2006 Platform: Windows XP SP2 (WinNT 5.01.2600) MSIE: Internet Explorer v6.00 SP2 (6.00.2900.2180) Running processes: C:\WINDOWS\System32\smss[Caution: Executable File] C:\WINDOWS\system32\winlogon[Caution: Executable File] C:\WINDOWS\system32\services[Caution: Executable File] C:\WINDOWS\system32\lsass[Caution: Executable File] C:\WINDOWS\system32\Ati2evxx[Caution: Executable File] C:\WINDOWS\system32\svchost[Caution: Executable File] C:\WINDOWS\System32\svchost[Caution: Executable File] C:\WINDOWS\system32\spoolsv[Caution: Executable File] C:\PROGRA~1\EARTHL~1\PROTEC~1\ADSSER~1[Caution: Executable File] C:\Program Files\Common Files\Command Software\dvpapi[Caution: Executable File] C:\WINDOWS\eHome\ehRecvr[Caution: Executable File] C:\WINDOWS\eHome\ehSched[Caution: Executable File] C:\Program Files\Common Files\LightScribe\LSSrvc[Caution: Executable File] C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\VS7DEBUG\MDM[Caution: Executable File] C:\WINDOWS\system32\svchost[Caution: Executable File] C:\Program Files\Linksys Wireless-G PCI Wireless Network Monitor\WLService[Caution: Executable File] C:\Program Files\Linksys Wireless-G PCI Wireless Network Monitor\WMP54Gv4[Caution: Executable File] C:\WINDOWS\system32\Ati2evxx[Caution: Executable File] C:\WINDOWS\Explorer[Caution: Executable File] C:\Program Files\X Password Manager\isamonitor[Caution: Executable File] C:\Program Files\X Password Manager\pmsngr[Caution: Executable File] C:\WINDOWS\ehome\ehtray[Caution: Executable File] C:\hp\drivers\hplsbwatcher\lsburnwatcher[Caution: Executable File] C:\Program Files\WildTangent\Apps\CDA\GameDrvr[Caution: Executable File] C:\Program Files\HP\HP Software Update\HPwuSchd2[Caution: Executable File] C:\Program Files\Common Files\AOL\1144544487\ee\AOLSoftware[Caution: Executable File] C:\Program Files\QuickTime\qttask[Caution: Executable File] C:\Program Files\Viewpoint\Viewpoint Manager\ViewMgr[Caution: Executable File] C:\Program Files\Viewpoint\Viewpoint Toolbar V35\FotomatDeviceConnect[Caution: Executable File] C:\Program Files\EarthLink\Protection Control Center\elnk_pcc[Caution: Executable File] C:\WINDOWS\system32\ctfmon[Caution: Executable File] C:\Program Files\Messenger\msmsgs[Caution: Executable File] C:\Program Files\AIM\aim[Caution: Executable File] C:\Program Files\Plaxo\2.5.10.21\PlaxoHelper[Caution: Executable File] C:\Program Files\X Password Manager\pmmon[Caution: Executable File] C:\Program Files\X Password Manager\isamini[Caution: Executable File] C:\WINDOWS\system32\dllhost[Caution: Executable File] C:\WINDOWS\eHome\ehmsas[Caution: Executable File] C:\WINDOWS\System32\svchost[Caution: Executable File] C:\WINDOWS\system32\AuthFw[Caution: Executable File] C:\HP\KBD\KBD[Caution: Executable File] C:\WINDOWS\system32\wuauclt[Caution: Executable File] C:\WINDOWS\ALCXMNTR[Caution: Executable File] C:\Program Files\ATI Technologies\ATI Control Panel\atiptaxx[Caution: Executable File] c:\windows\system\hpsysdrv[Caution: Executable File] C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.5.0\bin\jusched[Caution: Executable File] C:\Program Files\iTunes\iTunesHelper[Caution: Executable File] C:\Program Files\iPod\bin\iPodService[Caution: Executable File] C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\IEXPLORE[Caution: Executable File] C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat 7.0\Reader\AcroRd32[Caution: Executable File] C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore[Caution: Executable File] C:\Program Files\EarthLink\Toolbar\SBUpdate[Caution: Executable File] C:\DOCUME~1\CHRIST~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\Temporary Directory 2 for hijackthis[1].zip\HijackThis[Caution: Executable File] R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Default_Search_URL = http://ie.redirect.hp.com/svs/rdr?TYPE= ... seconduser R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Bar = http://start.earthlink.net/AL/Search R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page = http://www.espn.com/ R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Bar = http://ie.redirect.hp.com/svs/rdr?TYPE= ... seconduser R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page = http://ie.redirect.hp.com/svs/rdr?TYPE= ... seconduser R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,SearchAssistant = http://as.starware.com/dp/search?x=wKX1 ... 16. Aww, Taterz why'd you make the party like 2 days before i come b ack form vacation. Well i don't know my own schedule very well, so I might be back then. If so, see ya then!
  17. Sorry, I haven't started the quest. Maybe you could try using other guides? Or backtracking and redoing some things jsut to make sure you did them.
  18. When you were talking about being near to a bank, i hope you know that you CAN alch banknotes and still recieve the money. Like if i have 1000 yew longs noted and 100 nature runes, i can not bank even once but come out with 768,000 gp that i didn't have. Just hoped you knew that. Also, i alched while farming, it was a very good way. Just plant every patch (Ardougne, Catherby, Port Phasamtys, and the one southeast of Falador) in all 4 allotments, then periodically check their health. That should work.
  19. Well slayer does use your skills, so does Barrows, and clue scrolls somewhat. You could do what i did, on my firt day of rs so many months ago. Stand in Goblin Village picking up coins on an f2p world! But seriously, I'm not really sure. Maybe you could find a spawn of something good and pick it up? Does killing specific monsters for drops like dragons for bones and hide count as combat, as it isn't really training...
  20. I assume it COULD work, although I'm not sure if you can kill it with 1 defence. Good luck!
  21. Any monster that drops unids drop random ones, so men are just as likely to drop a ranarr based on the percentage of other herbs than chaos druid warriors will, just the warriors drop them more often. So I think right now you are at the best possible place, since it matter more how many UNIDS, and you might think that some other monsters drop ranarrs more often, but that is just sheer luck. So you are in the right place. :)
  22. My brother solos him no problem, 2 times a trip most the time and hes like level 91. Trips are easier, because he spreads the damage out. We got about 9 kills in total, and everyone was a lower level than me, I believe I was the only 100+ there. Five people, 8 dragon kills. :\ Maybe you should join the SODB... Last trip, there were about 10 of us, I think we got close to 100 kills? Shortman, we got that many right? On the Euro trip that got 3 meds.

  24. u is smartz, him shud b banded Wow, bug abuse... I can see the ban reason, "Taking the stats from pest control onto main island." Dude, you aren't that smart are you? Silly Condor you forgot your sarcasm tags. Like this: [sarcasm](message)[/sarcasm].
  25. I remember something like this in another MMORPG called Maplestory. You could buy things that made you look veyr cool and covered your clothes but provided no extra stats(e.g. People used hats with good bonuses but bought an "invisible hat" so people could see their hair, which they also paid to get a coupon to change) So it could be like that..
