I've had the EXACT same thing for the past week... What I did was first, run a virus scan. I didn't find anything. Then i close everything besides Firefox (my browser) and so far tonight i've been almost lag free!

The items that you say would be worthless in real life, would be worthless in runescape too, if they weren't discontinued. Discontinued items are in Real Life also, they are worth a lot too.

Low levels aren't badly informed. They can manage to find a great world and slow it down within 20 minutes. And you can't just play through them, they ruin a world. Try having a world kept on a site where only 100+s can see it, yet in 1/2 hour it is swamped by level 50s. :evil:

Yep, for the usual 1-3 (3 happened once, was crazy. Usually 1 and 2 at peak times) full scrolls of world 99 people. Alan's name is not on the pic! Saru is n00ber :shame:

Yes, I'd say Oak Larders are the best way, mining the clay is not worth it, as you could make so much more money in that time. *Waits for Tripsis to post* :D

Train to it if you can, it is really worth it. Do Royal Trouble before using your kingdom also.

You could also use your kingdom, put full flax and the rest on maples, if you sell the maples, nests, and seeds inside the nests you'll break even so the flax will be free! Make sure to keep your rating at 100 by doing something for the kingdom once a day. Takes about 10 seconds if youre at 99 from the previous day. I like to chop teak, i find it fast.

My friend has found that he THINKS the gauntlets work on monkfish also... At his level without gaunts he has burned about 5 in a few K. With gaunts he has burned none in a few k.
