Armour stands similar to what you were saying are already available in POHs as far as I know.

I think a P2P portion of Tut island would be good for Jagex, because, like you said, a taste of members might get people even more interested in it. I also think that maybe tut island should be optional.

I've been playing a bit of KoL when I get bored, or log and explore the world of RL :o
