Personally never got bolt racks. Had runes, Guthan Spear, Torag helm...

Personally i don't like the rune setup bit. I prefer getting a mage bonus and or a range bonus.

So i just got membership again. And thought i needed barrows, on my second trip i came to the tunnel, bam karil, 18,18 i quickly heal prayer and bam i kill him. So i'm rushing quickly, open chest search. Wait what's this... I'm like wow...It's torags helm i empty my ecto and run as fast as i can. W00T i'm excited!!!

Erm...When i was training for my 60 mage. I used a mix of deaths chaos and minds. Fire striking and Earth Blasting.
