Carl Jung was one of his very potent believers who contradicted yet agreed with many methods. Their methods and theories of psychology can never be proven to be completely true because it is impossible to categorize the prediction and understanding of human thought as fact. But they are very probable theories. And to your first comment, dreams are projected by the human brain. The human brain is what controls your actions and your emotions. If you think something your brain projects has nothing to do with your thoughts and actions in real life you are sadly mistaken my friend.

Okay so here's what's happened. My dad's presented a challenge to me which includes the usage of the stock market. He says, "I'll give you ÃÆââ¬Å¡Ãâã100 and if you utilize it in a way you make profit in the stock market well then ANY profit you make goes to you,". At first i thought hey this is gonna be easy, buy up some cheap stocks that'll go up a couple points for a day, sell em, buy other cheap stocks rinse and repeat. Then it occured to me. Hey i don't know WHERE and HOW to buy stocks. I don't know where to sell them, where the most reliable information and how much their worth is. Or any of those things. I don't know whether to identify if a company is gonna keep rising or gonna drop soon. So if anyone has any advice or steps i could take to just familiarise myself with this then it would be much appreciated. And most importantly WHERE AND HOW to BUY/SELL stocks. Also im 14 years old and live in England, if that helps. Thanks again guys.

I'm sure many of you are aware of Death Note? It's a famous manga, anime and live action movie. The animes and mangas being the more famous. I've seen the anime and was amazed.. i couldn't stop watching and ended up finishing the whole series in less than 2 days. It was nearly 2 days just spent sat on the couch, going to sleep late, getting up early, finishing meals as quickly as possible just so i could watch it all. The amount of symbolism and philosophy in this material is phenomenal, something i find lacking in a lot of animes and mangas. I could compare it to Shakespeare; A modern Shakespeare. Questions to people out there who've seen the anime all the way through: 1. The Shinigami eat apples even though they need not eat anything to survive. In fact apples are to them what alcohol/cigarettes are to humans. I came to the conclusion that they used apple rather than any other fruit because of what Adam and Eve ate to get kicked out of the garden of eden; an apple. An apple the forbidden fruit and desires i think represents power - The shinigami is the snake which tempts our desires. The chance to be God tempts Light and he takes the apple but eventually ends up being eradicated from the world (garden of eden). Please tell me if you think im right in thinking this or if there's something I got wrong or anything you could expand on. 2. Near and Mello represent the two halves of the first "L". Mello represents the aggressive side which will go to any lengths to achieve his goal, willing to kill. Near represents the dominant side of "L" who does not believe the end justifies the means, will not kill to aid him in the investigation. When the man who owned the orphanage asked them to co-operate on the Kira case Mello refused. Instead even competing with Near. Am i right to think that one of these sides of a human being must die in order for the other to flourish? At the end Kira was caught due to strong suspicions from Near and a sacrifice of Mello's own life which also provided evidence for Near. Therefore Near succeeded in foiling Kira due to Mello's death. Near had everything right except for the crucial piece of evidence that could only be obtained from Mello. I don't know how to explain what i thought on this in real words or how to sum up its symbolism but if someone has a good way to put it.... ill be sure to add it to the main convo. I can't think of many other points to post up but i will at some point when i remember (been a couple weeks since i saw it :P)

Explain...??? There's no way any country pays that much for fuel... 600 bucks a litre/gallon whatever you measure it in is something their just using to portray the extent of using up our resources at our current speed. If your referring to third world countries it is usually in fact CHEAPER in third world countries for petrol. People don't just go there and sell it at american prices. Although places like India are climbing up in fuel prices people think about how much people CAN pay for fuel before dumping a petrol station there.

Assassination extremely convenient for Musharaff.... From what i see Pakistan is slowly being alienated from both the world and muslim world. Muslim countries and organizations are annoyed that they support America but there so much terrorism is being blamed on Pakistan that many countries don't trust Pakistan... In fact i remember reading a lot of Pakistani refugees trying to flee to India because of the conditions in Pakistan. If i read correctly places like UAE and India are sanctuaries for people in those regions.

can't really find anything funny about calling suicide hotline... Suicide Hotline, [word beginning with s] hotline, in a three way call. Get it now? I think u don't get what i'm saying: it's just not funny to prank call a suicide hotline... those people got serious jobs, very difficult ones. Thats balls. Seriously. It's like a drugs hotline barely anyone calls it and thats why they pick up so quickly. In fact everytime ive rung a drug abuse hotline (pranking of course) they pick up so quickly and their jobs aren't even that skilled, they just use one of those flowcharts or whatever their called. If YES go to POLICE. If NO go to A & E. Useless seriously.

I think its a good idea, easily. He's just got a life and has better stuff to do then type up a whole dam quest log.

See im only 14 but i wonder about marriage sometimes. I know if i have no real wedding ceremony i will lose a lot of important ties to my family. My father's side is mainly protestant christian and my mom's side mainly Hindu. See i have no problem with having either of these weddings in either religious houses because as long as i live i will respect both these religions. I'll just do what my partner would feel comfortable with and if their atheist then i'd have a christian wedding because that is much more familiar in western culture and would be easier to co-ordinate due to the fact ive got more friends in the west then i do back in india so...

Well i know my little brother doesn't copy me but he does look up to me, i only noticed it when my mom said "Your not a good example to your younger siblings.... They look up to you and you aren't too good a role model," After that i realised that she was right. They have done a lot of stuff better than me in life like not be such a jackass to people and piss people off for no reason when their bored. So i'm pretty proud they haven't inherited that. Still i always did wish i had an older brother to look up to. Sounds stupid i know but being the oldest isn't always what its cut out to be. :? Having someone to look up to is great and i'd love to be the younger brother :D.
