Strict? I just see it as trying to raise their kids without rated M games, or blood, gore, and the f word every other second. Wow nice one, I've never played an M game in recent memory that even has the f word more then once, if at all. And in some games you can turn off the blood & gore. And he's in high school, I think he can handle it... Yeah, even crime games such as GTA which I played, don't use 'bad language'. The characters and criminals do make threats or call each other names, but I can barely remember even a few occassions of 'f' being used in that game. But other than that I would have to agree with Pirate_Steve; Why on earth would I want my kid to play, say GTA? :? I can have fun while playing it, but don't expect a 10-11 year old (or heaven forgive, younger than that) understanding the game, and the fact it's just entertainment, not something 'acceptable'... GTA is really as bad as they get, he said his parents won't let him get any. And he's also in high school, I think high school kids hear much more language and witness much more drug use and such in the real world than in a game such as GTA. Don't tell that to my parents though, they think GTA is the spawn of Satan.

Anyone who would commit suicide over RS(or any other MMORPG for that matter) obviously has serious problems in real life. I doubt they were leading a happy life and they killed themselves over only the game.

Wow, I remember checking the HS as a noob and being shocked that some guy named zezima had all 99's. Then I remember everybody going crazy when n0valyfe and the old nite got maxed out. Note, this was before slayer and construction even came out. Now, who even cares, there's a page and a half of them. I wouldn't recognize any more than five of them if I happened to see them around RS.

Runecrafting is INCREDIBLY dull and time consuming. Trust me. I know. I have lvl 50 runecrafting. And the god sword hilts? They're 100 mil and up (sorry, don't know their current prices) because they're so common. And have you fought one of those bosses? I haven't. And stop bashing PK'ers, they are NOT as bad as people tend to suggest. if someone has 44 rc does that now mean they can make 35m+ a month? if so, then its still not bad, making 1m+ a day. slayer is also incredibly profitable, there are tons of ways besides merchanting and pvp. if thats all you wanted, why not play AQ? itll be less burden on jagex I could make about 400k/hour with 75+ rc(giant pouch) when I played. So if you averaged about 2 and a half hours a day, then yes. 91 rc'ers make even more because they only have to buy one ess for every two nats they make, while solo nat rc'ers have to buy one ess for one nat.

People are that mean, most hackers delete friends lists/drop fire capes and torso just to be jerks. Even though the incentive to hack is probably gone now, but I'd keep your PIN just in case, it only takes 5 seconds to type it in.

I got through mosh 1 twice without star power, problem is, both times I didn't have any star power saved up, and I was blinking red as I started the new section, so I sort of panicked and failed. -.-

Anyone have the new maps? Are they worth the money? My friend got a RRoD within minutes of downloading, so I'm sorta scared. :uhh:

Haha, that was how I beat Physcobilly Freakout on gh2. :D I guy I played online nailed the bridge on Before I Forget perfectly, got 98% overall on that song. -.- But yeah, Raining Blood is still impossible. :(
