I couldn't disagree more. Updates are what makes Runescape such a great game. Without them I would have quit this game years ago.

Skiller has reached 2,4B xp, a mark I don't expect anyone to equal anytime soon now that Zarfot appears to be out of the race.

Elias has passed Lan for rank 8. Elvis and Telmomarques should both pass Gertjaars who is still ranked 5th later this week.

Deyan what u mean? He has not most total xp or hours played. So what are you trying to say? A lot of people assume that Zarfot is the player with the highest XP/hr because he is viewed as the most efficient player around. Since there are no way to determine the truth in this, it'S all speculation.

just sayin skills werent nearly as fast when zez did it also buyables were done alot in that time at least in zars case con craft herb were a couple of them were also a lot slower in zezes day. not saying 1 is better then the other or putting down zar just sayin that 1.3b xp now isnt same as it was then That's what I was saying by XP rates. Things have changed a lot.

Interesting numbers Deyan. It really shows how the highscore and XP rates exploded in the last 3 years. I mean look at Zarfot, 1,3B xp in 16 months, telmo has the same XP in 17 months. We are talking the XP of the highscore legend Zezima (2001-2008) in less than a year and a half! I don't doubt for a second someone will max out all skills with rates like these that are bound to grow with time.

I somewhat agree with Deyan here if we factor in top players quiting or becoming inactive. Players like Ox, Timlahaye, Gertjaars, Erw J and to a lesser extent, Lan, free up some spots in the top 15 for new players like Tezz and S u o m i. 3 of the last top 4 XP champ are either inactive (Gertjaars and N0valyfe), playing from time to time (Zezima) or back after a long break (Lilyufie88). Following that trend, it's safe to assume that some more players from the top 15 will eventually quit.

Update of the top 15 1. Skiller (previously Aasiwat) : 2,39B xp. Still training his lower skills, he's achieved some personal milestones this week by geting all skills aside from dungeoneering to 30M. He should become the first player to reach 2,4B xp next week. Coming milestones: 100M ranged, 100M farming and 2,4B xp 2. Zarfot 2,35B xp. Still gaining on Skiller, he finds himself about 42M xp away from rank 1, he's once again training Dungeoneering with some slayer on the side. Coming milestones : 100M WC 3. Jdelacroix : 2,23Bxp. Jd is keeping up with dungeoneering and is on pace to max out within 6-7 weeks which means he could max out at about the same time as Zarfot...the race is still on! Coming milestones : 100M xp ranged and 100M HP 4. Drumgun : 2,14B xp. Once again training WC and Fletch, he's also done some ranging last week. He's closing in on 100M WC and Fletch for his 9th and 10th skill at 100M. Coming milestones : 100M fletching and 100M WC 5. Gertjaars : 2,02B xp. Still inactive. 6. Elvis : 1,99B xp. The current race for rank 1 overall gives us the fastest training pace and Elvis is no exception with an average of 5M xp per day training dungeon, herbloreand crafting. The status quo is maintained on the front page and Telmomarques is keeping a very fast pace to tail Elvis closely for rank 1 overall. Coming milestones: 100M def 9. Elias : 1,86B xp. Gained a rank from Erw J last week and should gain another from Lan this coming week. He's been mostly training dungeoneering once again. She's about to max out dungeoneering and I expect to have somethng different to say about her next week!. Coming milestones : 200M dungeon 15. Tezz : 1,65B xp. He's on pace to gain a rank from Green098 before the year ends. He's still training slayer and seems to be hoarding effigies which will be interesting to see once he unloads them all. Coming milestones : 200M HP Fredmcgarry and Suomi Ohi are about 70M xp away from the top 15 and both are gaining on Tezz and Green098.

Elias has just passed Erw J for rank 9 and should pass Lan next week. Concerning Telmomarques and rank 1, we must also ocnsider that Elvis still has a lot of potential XP in construction and that Skiller also has prayer still low.

@ Water Aside from prayer, what F2P skill is concidered unrealistic to max out for an F2Per trying to get the most skills to 200M? Also, how much XP for the rank 1 F2P player?

Looks like suomi will reach 200M smithing either today or tomorrow for this 6th skill at 200M. Not much more going on concerning coming milestones from top players aside from that. I've submitted an article to the tip.it Times covering famous players and the highscore during the RS2 era. If anyone is interested to read it, drop me a PM and I'll send it to you.

Concerning the first article, Players who ignore any aspects of this game only have themselves to blame if they can't compete with others. This goes from dungeoneering and other skills, to quest and to minigames.

The short answer is no. Yeah I kinda agree with Troacctid here. From what intel I gathered in the 200M in all skills thread, top players are not going for all skills at 200M aside from 2-3 players who claimed it was their goal, the majority of top players are mostly looking for either frong page overall (which means the fastest skills to 200M) or front page ranks in unlocked front page (skills where there are still spots available on the front page). Remember that top players (1B+ xp) are still a minority (about 100 players have over 1B xp) and getting a skill to 200M requires either massive playtime or massive riches, sometimes these two combined.

He's resumed gaining on Skiller and finds himself less than 50M xp away from rank 1. Coming milestones : 100M WC 3. Jdelacroix : 2,22Bxp. Having reached 100M farming last week for his 9th skill over 100M, Jd has also been training Dungeoneering and slayer. Can he reach 104M dungeon before Zarfot? Coming milestones : 100M xp ranged and 100M HP 4. Drumgun : 2,13B xp. Once again training WC, Fletch and Dungeon, Drumgun is on a path to join Skiller for most skills over 100M, he is currently at 8 skills over 100M (which are all at 200M). Coming milestones : 100M fletching and 100M WC 5. Gertjaars : 2,02B xp. Still inactive. 6. Elvis : 1,96B xp. Still keeping a fast training pace, the new rank 1 overall is keeping up with dungeoneering as well as crafting, WC and herblore lately. How long can he keep Telmomarques at bay? Still gaining on Elvis by solely training dungeon, he could claim back his rank 1 as soon as next week-en, especially if he has tokkens banked. Coming milestones : 200M dungeon 8. Lan : 1,87B xp. A major milestone for Elias last week by maxing out and getting to rank 3 overall. He's still training dungeon as well as crafting and farming. He's still keeping Paperbag at bay and should gain a rank from Erw J next week. Coming milestones : rank 9 11. Paperbag : 1,83B xp. Paperbag became the 3rd player to achieve 7 skills at 200M (drumgun and Jdelacroix being the other 2) when he reached 200M herblore. Rumor has it he's gonna train ranged via chins next but so far, he hasn't gained any XP since maxing out herblore . Coming milestones : nothing in sight 12. Kingduffy : 1,78B xp. Mister balance is once again training multiple skills and keeping an healthy pace that will help him keep his rank 12 for a couple weeks before suomi catches up. Coming milestones : 100M WC and 1,8B xp 13. S U O M I : 1,71B xp. Still training dungeon, he's also finishing up smithing lately and reached 1,7B. He's also trained WC and firemaking last week with a bit of magic. Coming milestones : 200M magic and 200M smithing (6th and 7th skills at 200M) 14. Green098 : 1,65B xp. Like I've been writing these past weeks, she's still training dungeon but with a bit of WC and fishing on the side. Coming milestones : 200M dungeon 15. Tezz : 1,63B xp.
