Yes but it only take one noob who doesn't like your clan to ruin it... I honestly don't think the channels will be named after the clans because I don't think Jagex would be that stupid.... Also, to people who say IRC would still be way easier, that is untrue. A lot of people have parents who have firewalls that block IRC. :x Also, the clan I lead is very tight knit, so we would love to chat 24-7 even outside events.

From RSC Im personally trying to not have an opinion about this thing before it comes out, it just seems like a worse version of IRC, unless they have something else special planned. If it is where F7 is for hotkeys, that would of sucked for F2p'ers "You must be on a member's server to do this" Good thing they thought ahead, on that point at least. I believe IRC and others will be used more due to what lack can be done on RS. Quite a few in my clan can't use IRC, including me...so this will help us a lot. Thanks for the j mod confirmation pic.

If this is a p2p only feature, it will be useless for quite a few clans. If it is f2p as well, IRC will take a big hit.

If we get what we have been promised for August, no one will really give a damn about the music...

I don't know if anyone has thought of this, but what if clan support is p2p only?(which i'm guessing it is) I run a clan myself, and honestly if it was p2p only it would rip half of us off, and I honestly don't think that would be fair for our f2pers, so then we would have to stick with IRC..... I'm REEEAAAAALLLYYY hoping this is f2p, because if it is, it will help clans soo much, and it would also near kill SS, which I bet is a side goal for them. #-o
