  1. Just practice safe censorship and no one will get hurt here at the lovely blogscape..
  2. Very nice, I'm stuck at 96 as well. Really loved the skill but school and other things took over.
  3. I got a free $75.00 gift card from walmart with buying a new Xbox 360 S, so I bought two games. Batman Arkham Asylum, and Dragon Age Origins : Ultimate Edition. I've never played Dragon Age and I was curious how it plays since I can't play it until tomorrow or later with all the homework I have on my plate. I'm into Rpg's like fallout and oblivion so is it similar to those? My biggest concern is if its similar to Final Fantasy I tried to play the new final fantasy and hated it. I should be getting more games soon such as Red Dead Redemption, Fable 3, and Forza 3. Any suggestions to what else I should look into?
  4. Using call of duty as an example makes me think of an incredibly stupid game concept. It's already been used dry. Like the op said, thinking innovative is what sells games... Really don't see how this could be done well without being incredibly stupid or corny.
  5. Runescape already has plenty of hours of game play, I've netted 5,000+ and I'm still not happy with my stats and achievements.. Only select skills should even think about going past 99 and those still need filler content. I'm sure we won't see this until jagex fill the gaps and start losing maxed level customers when more and more get to that point.
  6. I understand, I was merely referring to Forsakenmages' article dealing with the subject. To stay on topic, the article "Deja Vu" really made me think about the direction Jagex is going as a company with quests. I've played other mmo's and questing is basically the same if not worse. More epic boss fights is all i can think of that would improve the questing in general. All of the other schematics jagex use isn't any different than other mmorpg's out there.
  7. So.... What are we supposed to discuss? If we hate the material are we supposed to just ignore this? I seriously think hindering discussion on a discussion board is a bit harsh.
  8. Try a different browser? Maybe you're having trouble with the encryption on the page. Really don't know what else to suggest other than finding a better stress reliever.
  9. Are there any mmorpgs on consoles that allow you to talk out-loud to or interact with people that you meet? I'd like to see a game use that. Will Skyrim incorporate kinnect or have they not released many details?
  10. Agreed. I also just ran a quick search (not many people do this when they decide to create a new thread) and discovered that there are many threads about this same subject. http://forum.tip.it/topic/271182-before-jagex-increases-the-level-caps-to-120/page__hl__raising+ One out of multiple..
  11. I really don't see why writers don't welcome criticism. I know that in my college level writing class I ask for multiple people to give me feedback and write up my paper. People either say it sucks or it needs to be improved on, no hurt feelings considering they make my writing better and give me a direction to go in. Why take offence to criticism if there are obviously mistakes? Writing a complete article about the matter really doesn't make sense to me, telling the community to write an article themselves then latter saying they are riddled with just as many mistakes sounds very hypocritical. The retort to this will be that people attacked the writers, maybe a select few, but I also saw a lot of good feedback that was ignored.
  12. Raising combats and stuff would be neat considering I already have them above 99. But 120 runecrafting... I don't think some skills would be wise to raise.
  13. Mass Effect 2, it's been sitting on my shelf for the last few months since I couldn't get into it. Never played ME1 so I wasn't into it at first but it's really starting to grow on me now. I'm about 16 hours in and I love it.
  14. Do you mean like 16 people in planes trying to shoot each other down with kill streaks and perks? That sounds corny if so.
  15. 2011 is going to be insane for gaming. I'm glad I bought a new xbox 360 slim the other night, I could see my old xbox getting the rrod and stopping me from playing all these new games that are coming out.
  16. Grats, sure this achievement will lead to more 99's in the future.
  17. I like Voodo Child (slight return) better.
  18. Comfortably Numb - Pink Floyd I love the guitar in this song, you listen to a lot of classic music I like Sam
  19. My T.V. has one dead pixel, not worth the hassle of dealing with returning. I can only see it if it's a white screen.
  20. You get on IE 7+ and you download the Bing Tool Bar. Download here Once you download it and register you'll recieve 250 bing rewards points. Every two sites you search via bing on IE earn you a bing point. You can earn 16 bing points daily until the end of the year meaning you just have to type anything into the bing search engine 32 times a day, which takes very little time to earn 16 points daily. You also recieve offers such as reading something, watching a video, or taking a survey to earn 12 points at a time. This is all found on the bing tool bar once you download it, it has a tab that says rewards. Edit: The way I did the daily search was I went through and typed every letter of the alphabet and then doubled letters until I reached 32 searches. You don't even have to click links just type the letter into the search engine and hit enter. Once you reach 400 points you can exchange your points for 400 xbox live microsoft points. I'm already at 302 in one day after I did the daily searches and checked out their offers. It's not a bad tool bar as well, lets you check hotmail from the toolbar without having to visit your email inbox. If you have anymore questions just let me know and i'll try to clarify, if you don't have xbox live they let you get other gifts with your bing rewards points. Hopefully I helped someone.
  21. Source Download the toolbar on windows internet explorer and you'll be rewarded with 250 microsoft points. Using bing will also net you points, but some prefer to not browse using IE. Claim your free points!
  22. I worry about myself, people will always cheat for fun and money in all games.
  23. Money isn't required for anything, but it sure does make things faster.
