  1. Each tree grows in 14 hours and 40 minutes if they aren't diseased. You can probably work it out yourself now.
  2. Yes, or even better, Unicorn. Best familiar for boss hunting. EVER. With summoning you'll never see that money again. If you buy a godsword you can sell it back and hopefully get as much money as you paid for. With F2P you will never reap the benefits of summoning. I have no idea where you base your opinions on. With Firemaking, prayer, magic, construction, herblore, smithing you'll never see the money again. This thread is also veering off topic.... he wanted to know what to buy (A BGS or DFS) for slayer purposes. So back on topic... Whip is better because it's faster, especially at your melees. It will speed up slayer exp and combat exp. So wearing a one handed weapon is better, plus you have the bonus of a sheild. People generally only use godswords for boss hunting/pvp combat. Can you sell back summoning levels? I don't think so. Being F2P has nothing to do with it. And yes I'm aware of how benificial summoning is in the long run. Can you sell back any skills?
  3. Yes, or even better, Unicorn. Best familiar for boss hunting. EVER. With summoning you'll never see that money again. If you buy a godsword you can sell it back and hopefully get as much money as you paid for. Wrong. Boss hunting WITH summoning makes infinitely more money than without.

  5. ^ What he said, the cactus I planted in Al Kharid has probably earned me 250k+.
  6. Posting that argument on a thread that CLEARLY shows Jagex changed the price by hand doesn't hold any water. People buy raw bird meat to save time, and thus WILL buy for a premium.
  7. I'm not sure if you're trying to be funny or helpful? Either way it didn't really answer any of my questions - maybe the infinate stock thing, but i thought the grand exchange was a player controlled market? Price ceiling=price cap... Jagex controls the prices...if players controlled it 3a wouldn't be so slow to reach it's sell price.
  8. Aviansies if you want to be profit and slow. Yaks with throwing knives is the fastest.
  9. Get at least 85 before you use the Red chins, else it would be waste of them.
  10. Pretty much any item that is sold infinitely has a price ceiling. Case in point, Water/Air runes. Runes also have a [developmentally delayed]ed price floors, thus Fire runes won't drop to it's equilibrium price. Any item cannot also drop below the price of a Nature rune.

  12. Legacy of Seergaze is easiest. Dream mentor just has a big boss battle, it's easy and fast if you can fight well. Legend's long, but easy if you can kill a Black Demon. Good luck on finishing Mourning's End part II without a broken mouse/keyboard/wall/head. Scabara's story line is really hard, Contact has a battle with a giant Scarab with 4 guards, which deals extremely high damage. Dealing with Scabaras is almost as annoying as MEPII.
  13. You suck.

  15. Junk Making junk=losing money. Therefore, junk=lose. But if you don't do junk trades? I can trade 500 raw bird meats in 15 mins for 100 each without junk. And willow longbow (u)'s are worth 4x as much as willow logs, so in this case junk > money. By the time you make the Willow (u) you could be making more cash elsewhere.
  16. Junk Making junk=losing money. Therefore, junk=lose.
  17. If you spent a lot of time doing Slayer it wouldn't be level 69...
  18. Certain tasks a GS is a must, like Dark Beasts, but they are rare and far between. If you can afford to buy both, do so. If not, stick with Whip+Defender. DFS is not needed for 90% of tasks.
  19. So what, precisely, are you suggesting? Change it to another item, and that items skyrockets in price. You don't seem to realize that in a player driven economy, you will lose EXACTLY the same amount if you die due to prices adjusting to compensate. No matter how you calculate, players say a guthans set is worth X; dying with it will lose you Y. And market price STILL wouldn't work for untradables. Quest and items like crystal bow have an alch value of '0', so next someone will be whining that they lost their 900k crystal shield and kept 1 gp. Crystal bows used to alch for 540k and buy for 180k on F2P, then Jagex found out that. And Jagex recently dropped it's alch price for some random reason.
  20. Very nice gear, good setup. If you can, bring Unholy book for the +5 prayer and the +8 range attack. Other than that it should be good. DFS can be useful for tanking the end healer's hits though. 1. None. Perfect. 2. Not yet. 3. Use Broad Bolts. Adamant's not worth it. Broad hits the same as Adamant and has the same accuracy as Mithril. Bring a (10-20) Ruby (e) for starting the fight with Jad. Switch to Diamond (e) (around 200) when the healers come. 4. 3 Range potions, pot whenever you got time, 5-6 Brews, 3-4 Super Restores, perhaps a melee weapon (Halberd, whip.) and rest Prayer (4)s. 5. About 1-2 hours.
  21. He's right you know. As long as you aren't attacked by anything, single combat zones are multicombat to cannons.
  22. You are dumb for ignoring our posts.
  23. Spec bar charges fully every 5 minutes. 8-)

Thanks for the irrelevant post? Try CS next time. If your CC owner allows.
  25. Nice run on and all capitalized sentence... Actually Jagex does control the economy. If players controlled it, we wouldn't have price floors/ceilings.
