Wait. Are you saying wearing full sacred is faster xp than bringing 4 (or 5, whatever) helms and using that + whip? I found personally that the xp rate were much the same if not slightly in favour of full sacred at the crandor skeletons. But the are low level so on average it was taking the same number of hits to kill them with the sacred as it would with a whip. High level monster no way in hell it'd work faster, but low end the rates seem to be about the same and sop to me the full set is less hassle to use The ditch is really deep now. Stop digging. If u just wanna power train on low end guys the complete set can be easier to use Having multiple helms while having higher defense and/or stat boosting armour is ALWAY better than wearing full Sacred. I think it reduces the damage like the corporeal form, but dodging is the best.

What do you wear? Cuz i just finished a task of 44 and used 9 prayer pots and 3 antifires. I did how ever piety for almost 11 dragons. But if i didn't i still would need more then 3 pray pots... Edit: I went and looked and thought about it. I was using the Whip on deflect as i want def exp. Also Since you're 99 str compared to my 81, you might be able to get kills faster then i am able to. But i still don't see hwo you get away with only 3 pray pots. I could finish a 60 Iron Dragon task with 3 Antifires 0 Prayer potions and 3 Zamorak Brews...
