hmm.. when i spend a year over there i had a gpa of 4.1 or so. came late to every class or skipped.. they didn't care because i was able to get my A's. well, now i have to get back to the german system... nothing like that again :? but that's good

same here... well right now doesn't count go to bed around 1-2am (depends on what I'm doing), wake up around 10-11am although I'm trying to get up earlier, there's nothing better than jogging in the morning when it's not hot yet and the air is best. btw, i love going for a walk in the woods after it rained...

ya and have fun playing that instrument my parents made me play the piano... took me 2 years to get really good ( i play it since i'm 8), picked up the guitar in less then a year,. right now i'm trying to play violin...... doesn't really work if you don't own one and your friend lives far away.. but there was this point where I thought that I didn't make any progress at all and wanted to quit. i didn't, i guess i'm way too ambitious for that. just stick with it and when you passed that point ..........

i wouldn't play anymore.... i'm hardly playing anyway. i don't need the friends list because i know the icq,msn, aim sn of my friends.

i can tell you about the differences of american and german lifestyles or german - french, american - french, french - german, but i guess that won't help you that much. too bad that i don't know much about the candian way of life so i can't tell you anything, sorry :( but i am sure you will handle the changes, you have your family with you to support you and you can make friends easily.
