Are you kidding me...? Santa hat is the HARDEST rare to obtain these days. Not in terms of value, but in terms of the number of sellers. Everybody is buying a Santa recently, and at maximum price. You can't even get a Santa Hat right now at maximum price, and they are rising.

Very nice bank/stats, love the mining level. Too bad you don't have santas, they're rising. I think they may pass blue/red masks soon. You know how nobody was buying rares after trade update? Now everyone is buying a santa for max price in GE, most of them unsuccessful with the lack of sellers. I have no clue why this happened. I just know that max price of santas were like 12.5M a few days ago and like 13M+ now.

That's not weird. Once I got 10 skull halves in 1 trip, that was weird.

Nice outfit, but may I suggest only wielding a dragon axe? In case you lag/do not pay attention, you won't die and lose items of value. But the main thing is that with all that weight, you lose more energy running from the bank to the trees than only wielding an axe.

Nubcake don't you sell a cat for 100 death runes, which you then sell for 30k? 30k * 700 = 21M. Once he gets 1000 cats that is 30M.

Few things to say: 1. Very nice collection! 2. I suggest you don't sell it, remember you can sell it anytime, but you can't always have a collection like that. Your 11m should be enough, also, you said your total is 721 which is low anyways, so raising skills shouldn't be a priority. It would be a shame to see that collection go. 3. May I recommend getting 200 of every type of cat? : 4. You say "Sorry for the NFS signs, have to stop EBAYERS", but did you forget why RuneScape is boring now? Jagex has stopped real world traders in every way possible, so what are they going to do? 5. Good luck with your collection, hope you keep it. 8-)

If you haven't been around long enough, then you can't fully appreciate what made RuneScape. There are four main things people USED do in RuneScape. 1. Player Killing (PKing) 2. Staking 3. Merchanting 4. Skilling Only 1/4 things remain. But without the first three, skilling is also affected. Lets say you are a Runecrafter. There are now less people with money, which means it will take you longer to sell your runes and it will probably end up at a cheaper price. It will also mean you have to pay more for your essence, since there are less essence miners/bots, which actually helped us.

I miss the old times. What was it called? Ah yes, RuneScape. What is it now? Who knows. I think the Jagex staff did not have a childhood, therefore not knowing what we want. They've become stubborn and hate seeing people make money off their game. So they cleaned the few real world traders from RuneScape. They should have used a broom, paying close attention to everything, instead of a vacuum sucking everything up in it's path, real world traders and us. Anyone else notice usually the longer a game is out, the worse it gets? A game starts off decent. Then they improve it with lots of unique and exciting ideas. Once they run out of ideas, they decide to kill the game. One last thing. Remember a while ago many threads were created about another Jagex game called Mechscape? If I remember correctly, people said it was supposed to be released in around 2008. Maybe they're indirectly trying to convert their players to Mechscape. They decided to kill off RuneScape before the new year then release Mechscape. Since people will have quit RuneScape, they will be searching for a new game to play, and may stumble upon Mechscape. If they left RuneScape the way it was, not many people would quit when they discovered Mechscape. Anyways, those are just my random thoughts.

Bots can't simply auto quests unlike combat or woodcutting. It would be a big hinderance to do just a couple of the easy quests. Also, knowing Jagex, how much do you think the maximum will even be? (someone with a quest cape) It's probably only going to be like 30k.

Top 5 of "2007". Don't forget what it used to be earlier this year. Runescape will only be a vague memory in 2008.

This is lame though. (Not this thread, the quest points affecting trading limit) What is Person X has 100 quest points and Person Y has 20 quest points. Then what? They can't trade? They can only trade based on the 20 quest point limit? It's messed up.

Why do people call it buyables like you pay an NPC to receive level 99? These skills also take time as well as cost money. Congratulations on 99 smithing.

How do you think the "buyers" afforded them? With merchanting, staking, etc. It's a chain reaction. It will affect other people as well. Nobody will be left to sell your items to.

When I started in RuneScape Classic, that had a totally different (for the better) gameplay experience than now. Most players were legit and everybody had respect for each other. Now, what kind of lame era has been brought forth? Jagex killed staking, by setting a 2k limit. A few days later they actually responded to the feedback. They decided that changing the 2k limit to a 3k limit solved the problem. How the hell did they graduate with this logic? Then they killed merchanting, with the Grand Exchange, and will completely kill merchanting by disallowing "unbalanced" trades. And they decided that wasn't enough, the killed Player Killing. The three MAIN sources of money, gone, all the exciting aspects of RuneScape gone. Some of you may be saying, this doesn't affect me. But this affects everyone in one way or another. You may say well I'm a skiller, and I mine and sell Rune Ore for a living. How do you think other people afforded to purchase your Rune Ores? They probably staked or merchanted at one point or another. Some people sell off their rares for money. But how can people afford them anymore without a lot of money flowing through the economy? It's a chain reaction. Jagex is killing our way of life, and attempting to fully ISOLATE us. All of this just to get rid of a few Real World Traders? All these downgrades to what makes RuneScape the exciting thing it is, well, was just to get rid of a few people? Contradicting Content? Why have a 3k limit of trades if: - There are many high level monsters that require a team effort such as God Wars bosses and the Kalphite Queen for valuable items such as God Sword Shards/Hilts, if you're not able to sell it and share the profit??? - Also related to the previous point, what is the point of the new LootShare system if you cannot share what you get? Is it just there to taunt you? Unable to perform specific "rituals"? - Power training. What if the inventory you have exceeds a 3k limit. How are you going to dispose your inventory into other player's inventories now? You can't. - Runecrafting: Runners. How are you going to hire runners for things such as Law Runes and Nature Runes, if you cannot even pay them anymore? There are many things that will die because of a chain reaction of Jagex's updates. I hope they're happy. They finally succeeded in getting rid of Real World Traders! But they got rid of them because they made RuneScape so bad that nobody even wants to buy anything related to RuneScape anymore! After all, we play online games to get away from life. With all these restrictions and the lack of freedom, I feel like I am still in school.
