I'm curious to know whether or not this achievement had side effects for you?

For people who do not seem to understand the low rates given to this topic: You post achievements here that you worked hard to obtain, such as a 99 skill. It takes 30 seconds to log in, put an offer in the Grand Exchange, then logging out. Then you come back later and spend another 30 seconds to take what you bought, and put them in the Grand Exchange at a higher price. Also, he only spent 30 seconds on his topic as well. No background information, or frequent visits by the owner of this topic.

Sad to see you go. :cry: If you're trying to sell 3 party hats because of the fact they're hard to sell now, what's the point in spending the rest of your cash on more? If you buy more are you going to cancel your current offers? If not, you might as well upgrade your current party hats. If you're planning on investing on rares then do masks/santa's since more people can afford to buy them, and since they're not treated as junk (Easy to sell). For now, party hats will only drop since they're being sold minimum in the Grand Exchange.
