Low lvl players can't be that young anymore these days since you now have to be over age 13 to make an account ( however i think many people swing that rule against there bum )

ok , what do you need , some charged glorys , varrock teles , the hats. go to varrock east bank , theres a hat stand in a house nearby , use all of your hats with it and they will apear on the floor , tele to draynor , talk to diango , recieve 4 new hats :) tele to varrock , go back to the house and pick them up. :)
