They are wipping stats at the moment, heard about a few people who got their stats reduced to level 10 or something, accused of botting I believe. EDIT: Now that I read the whole thing, I can just say that I'm glad that they finally listened to the community, even if they were immature back when the Wilderness was removed, I can say that, they did the right move by removing it, and now that they have better ways of detecting bots and such, seemed like a good time to bring it back. (Although I'll hate lurers :/) Yep. seems like they are easy on the reset button. I saw a lvl 31 CB wearing a soul wars cape. He wasn't even ranked >.> I saw a lvl 29 with fire cape and ghostly robes, wtf >_>

I definatly think the extra combat levels are worth it :) I am only 2 combat levels higher as you, but I am five defence, and most importantly, five hitpoints levels higher.

Jagex, we're not idiots. Stop lying to us, and just admit that most of the development was already done. Even if they were lying, what do we care? This isn't going to change anything we experience in the game...

It all depends on who died, and I'll make sure I know exactly what kind person it is before I make a decision. Somewhere in 2006 a level 70-ish died at the lesser demons in karamja and I looted his death pile and got quite a few of his items, including a zammy helm, kite and rune scimmy. (no idea why the kite wasn't one of his 3 most valuable items) I teleported to lumbridge to give him his items, he took them and told me to gtfo, and asked me for his amulet. (which somebody else looted from the pile) Needless to say I was pretty pissed.

There isn't much progress about it, once I get 40 hp I'm just going to make money for all my items and wait for february :P

I've been attacking that chicken with my carrot for 10 minutes, no one came near it. so I decided to stop attacking it for one second... Seems legit.

Death races are pretty easy, as your opponent will probably be out of run energy fast while you take minimum damage if you know what you're doing :)

Implying that Torva will fall below the price of 3rd age? He is trying to say 3rd age will plummet because it is no longer the most expensive body armour :wink: And besides, torva actually has a use and is much rarer at the moment.

Herblore directly influencing combat level would not be a good idea. Instead, the combat level should depend on whether the player has the potions in his inventory. And about your second point, isn't that the point? only (relatively) evenly matched people get to fight each other in low wilderness. If Jagex wants risk, they can just move it a few levels deeper into the wilderness. In that case, I also want my combat level lowered if I'm only using ranged but my combat level is melee based. And I also want it lowered if I'm not using my prayer.

I made an account with these stats: I still need to get full rune+chain on that account tho. Also, if my opponents search me up in the highscores they'll see I'm only ranked in fist of guthix rating, which I obviously can't get with 40 def at combat lvl 35 :wink: Edit: also, I prefer "Is This Ok" Edit2: I'll probably get him 45 def since I have the tokens to recharge a rune berserker and gauntlet, and probably 30 magic and ranged just for the hp levels.

There are some flaws tho, according to your system pures still have lower combat levels due to them not having any armour. Look at it like this: a lvl 70 pure can have 90 ranged, while a lvl 70 main account has about ~58 att, def and str, with some prayer levels. Now the main has to bring armour or else his defence level is worth even less against the accuracy of 90 ranged, but if he brings it he increases his own combat levels, resulting in him having to fight even stronger pures.

Let's just say no one here has proof for anything unless they are a JaGex employee, just to end this pointless discussion.

Yeah but common sense is more believable and usually truer than anything MMG says, also just because they have the entire team on it now does not mean they weren't working on it before. :roll: . Does it even matter if they worked on it before? You're getting the wildy and unrestricted trade back, that is the only difference you'll notice...

With a team of hundreds of content developers? It can be done in 15 days. @ Riemis 1. Over 100 developers working on it. 2. They have lots of the code 3. What are your credentials in saying it can't be? Maybe you are getting me wrong, but I'm saying it is possible for them to do it in 15 days..

Stop it. It can't be done in 15 days. You know that, and you need to face up to it and accept that Jagex can lie and deceive. With a team of hundreds of content developers? It can be done in 15 days.

Thought I was alone for a second to be honest. I think it's the fact that his win was so close. He was in danger of losing, therefore, anyone who might beat him should not be playing FoG. This would allow him to get a free 5k charges from level 15's training mage with water strike. Getting 5k charges is just plain stupid. It will get you maybe 6 tokens more as 1300 charges, so just playing 2 fast games has a better tokens/hr ratio.
