Well if you receive a black mark (Of which I have 2 Forum, and 1 ingame) then you will receive a message in your inbox on your RuneScape account (The one only Jagex can access). If you don't have any, then you're clean. As for knowing if you've been reported, you don't - unless you receive a black mark.
