I thought it was pretty easy. I ran out of time for the last question on section 1 though, but I think I wrote enough anyway. The creative writing probably let me down since I had one prepared and couldn't really fit it into the question. But the essay was dead easy. So what modules is everyone doing for paper 2? I'm doing Transformations, Telling the Truth and Gwen Harwood.

I do Advanced English, General Maths, Biology, Economics and Legal Studies. I've been getting low 80's to high 90's, but I haven't started any serious study yet for the exams. I tried today and gave up :wall: I'm hoping to do a combined IT/Law degree at Macquarie. Failing that I'll probably do a Psychology or Nanotechnology degree, so I'm hoping for a UAI of 95+. When do you do your audition and at which Uni/s?

Personally, I would be offended by such symbols because of what they stand for (or what I perceive them to stand for). I'm against flag burning because all it serves to do is piss of a nation; any meaning it might carry would be lost in the incessant tirades and anger that would follow. Ok, so I've managed to change the bitrate, but some of my files are .wma's. Do you know of any good programs that convert .wma to mp3? I tried downloading one before but it came with a trojan, so I'm a bit wary. Thanks for all the help so far, I really appreciate it.

Isn't eMusic an online store? I'm looking to compress files I already have. I downloaded Lame and Audacity, but it says I need the lame_enc.dll which I couldn't find (it wasn't included in the download).

With Lame and Audacity, can I only compress one file at a time?

A few questions; 1. Is it possible to compress music files? 2. If so, what's a good (free) program to use? 3. Would the output file be compatible to play on a Creative Zen? 4. But there are people out there that may be able to help you. You could try the official forums for utorrent, BitTorrent, etc. or the Azureus wiki. Azureus also have an IRC channel if you need more help, but I'm not sure if they'll be able to help if you're not using Azureus.

Love Like Winter got me into AFI. After listening to their earlier releases, I got into punk. State of the Union got me into Rise Against. What's My Age Again? got me into blink 182. Can't remember which song exactly (it was on the Eminem Show, I think) got me into Eminem. I like some of his stuff (the songs with more emotion), but on the whole I don't really like rap or hip-hop. Into Battle got me into Ensiferum, which then got me interested in metal. Smoke 'em if ya got 'em got me into Parkway Drive, which then got me into metalcore.

When your body gets too hot, really important enzymes denature (i.e. they don't work anymore). Enzymes basically catalyse metabolic functions in your body, so if they don't work, your body won't work. Also, I don't think your body can produce more enzymes. That's probably not the only factor, though.

Cost isn't the only factor, nor is return. Whilst Hunter may not be the hardest, it is certainly not the easiest. It is not AFK-able; you must be constantly looking at the game, unlike most other skills where you can switch out whilst the game handles it for you. The XP rate really only becomes better than most skills when you get onto red chinchompas, and even then the insane XP rate most people hear about you only get when you hit the 80's. Before then, the XP rate is (at most, and you're lucky to get it) 60k/h. Realistically it's more like 45k/h, and there is plenty of competition for training spots.
