fastest, cost effecient way to 94 mage?
Casting fire wave on iron dragons? Sure, that'll cost you some runes, but the drops make up for it.

Update deleted: Which would affect you most?
I agree with the graphics update. I accidentally clicked the standard detail a while back, and then it hit me how incredible ugly those graphics actually are. Being an allround skiller, the removal of individual pieces of content won't affect me much.

Communication Elimanition?
In general, I like a mix between forums and actual chat. Though I wouldn't ever visit a TIF chat.

Charm Droppers
Charm droppers with a relative high ammount of blue charms are slayer monsters which are out of your range. Crimson with your stats would probably be cockroach soldiers or greater demons.

How many chins on average for 99 range?
That's exactly why I posted here. I know there's no single way to calc it, else I'd do it myself ;) @above: thanks for your answers. The ammount of chins needed kinda shocks me so I'm reconsidering..

How many chins on average for 99 range?
Nobody has a clue?

RS Died one year ago today
Gone? Maybe you've missed something, but the duel arena is still there, and pk'ing is quite possible on PvP worlds or in the BH minigame.

I Don't Want Steel Arrows In My Inventory!
Uhh, yeah.. unequiping the accumulator is really handy when you use it for ranging. I'm quite sure the topicstarter isn't using the accumulator when he's dancing on Falador square, but actually when he's ranging and thus using it for it's range bonus and its arrow retaining capabilities. Wtf is the deal with those signatures all the time? Are you suffering from a obsessive-compulsive disorder or something? Mental help is available for these things. Just so you know.

How many chins on average for 99 range?
Title pretty much says it all. I've never chinned before, and want to get 99 ranged as soon as possible, so chinning it is. Can anyone give me an estimate on how many I'd need to achieve this? I have 9.562m range xp atm, so I'll need about 3.5m more.

Should the logout timer be removed?
Nonsense. There's a great deal of difference between the system noticing a connection being broken and a timer that logs you out after a set ammount of time. Imo the timer is far too strict. I find myself frantically hitting the keyboard to prevent myself from logging out whenever I have something else that requires my immediate but short attention. And as far as I'm aware, there's no such game that has a similar [developmentally delayed]ed timer.

Guess what, there isn't one.

Is this a decent PC?
Yeah, sorry, I'm used to calling it a "video card" since that's the terminology we use in Holland. Then that website blows.

You're just making that up.

New 'Main' Cities?
I think Jagex should focus more on extending the cities we already have. For major cities, Varrock, Falador and Ardougne could be a hell lot bigger. Perhaps they should rewrite some of the map so the cities can be extended. I mean... you can walk through Ardougne from south to north in 20 seconds. That's not a city... that's a small village.

Is this a decent PC?
Basically, you should be focussing at the possibility of playing games. Every pc can do the basics, being word, spreadsheets, surfing, etc. Playing fairly new games will take up a lot of computer resources. Most important is the video card. In your case, you've choosen a fairly slow card. To be able to play new releases, now, and in the future smoothly, I'd recommend a better video card.
-
Is this a decent PC?
That's true, that's why he has a Core 2 processor, the E5200. Anyways, I'd upgrade the video card. It'll probably be enough to run RSHD, but I think you'd like a bit more juice. If you can afford it, the Ati 4850 card is a very good card with a lot of bang for the buck.

What do you all think the most underestimated skill is?
I agree.

Partyhats. Really Discontinued?
Party hats are definately discontinued. There is a set ammount of them ingame + possible party hats from crackers. That makes it discontinued. No more than this set ammount can possibly exist ingame, since the crackers are discontinued aswell. If crackers weren't discontinued, you'd have a point. Now you don't.

Crimson Shards
Yeah slayer is bad xp drops and charms thats why soooo many people use slayer to make awesome money and get a ton of charms along the way  If you have any concept of what your doing an average slayer task can make you a good 50k+ in money, a good slice of xp and usually 50 - 300 charms Obviously he's talking about xp/h cash/h and charms/h. And by that, he's right. You can get faster xp, cash and charms by fighting non-slayer. But slayer gives slayer xp indeed, and there's the fun factor. For me, that's enough to slay, but for others it might not be. But in terms of effective xp, cash and charms, slayer just isn't top notch. Still, I'd say, slay for charms.

extra ge for p2p
First of all, use a bit of spelling and grammar please, this really hurts my eyes. Secondly, there won't be another GE. The GE wouldn't be so "grand" anymore if it had multiple locations. Besides, it's designed to put offers on, and not for hanging around. Therefore some lag won't kill you. If it gives you too much lag, simply put your offers on, and go hang around another bank, if you must be near one for your Runescape activities. A second GE on the other hand would be overkill, unnecessary and generally a bad idea.

Rankings, what level?
Skill level of 30 or above AND within the top 2 mil players. The one ranked 2,000,000 with ranged has level 44 ranged, so, that's what you'll need to top in order to get your ranged skill ranked.

Hiscore list down?
Cache and cookies are client side, so no. Also, I wouldn't know why caching or the use of cookies (does visiting the hiscores even get you a cookie?) would suddenly make the hiscores list stop working. I'm positive it was a serverside problem. When I opened the hiscores just half an hour ago, it suddenly started working again. Also, I noticed that the xp I'd gained while the hiscores weren't working hadn't been updated on the hiscores list. That would imply it was simply not working. A simple logout made the hiscores update for me again, so that's obviously Jagex' problem.

Hiscore list down?
Didn't work for me either yesterday. It does work now. This isn't the first time the hiscores went down.
