  1. furs can be sold to the trader in varrock. (All but the kind that just say "fur.") Ring of charos (u) will raise the price. Looks like someone beat me to it... :(
  2. Sad to see decent players leaving the game... I'll be there, add pissant22. (I have no idea what I was thinking when I made the file.)
  3. It's 15 minutes to save 200k... If you must know he's in a little house south east of the grand tree. Climb the ladder.
  4. Is barrows worth it? No. Not at all. 163 runs, no armor drops, just a few half keys. Biggest... waste... of time. EDIT: but make your own opinion, I'm the guy who got a d half at the caged greaters in enclave right after he used his last law to telegrab some addy legs. No luck at all.
  5. This is something only the wise may know.. We need it; noobs bug me all the time. Little repel, and a ladder tele = adios nooblets.
  6. I've got a mil of "loose money" that I kind of wanted to turn into d legs. Any ideas how to do this? Btw nice guide.
  7. Good luck, and I know the feeling. I used miscellania and woodcutting for my fury. I killed drags for my ring of stone.
  8. I beg to differ. Being a combat based minigame, levels are VERY important. Lower levels are useful, but stand no chance of surviving with the flag, or stopping the enemy. They can perform essential functions, such as healing fighters, dropping rocks on the enemy, and cading up the areas near the flag room. But these are all things a higher level can do equally well. It doesn't matter how many cades you lay, if you can't kill your enemy, they will get away eventually (or just turn around and kill you : ).
  9. Obsidian shield gives defence bonuses slightly lower than a rune kite, but has +5 strength. Rune defender gives +19 attack and +5 strength, but the defences are minimal. In a short game where death is improbable, the defender is better. Overall, I prefer the obsidian shield. I don't have anything to say that hasn't been said, but proselyte and rune boots are definantely a good idea. Proselyte owns.
  10. I got 23 with the ruby harvest method. Now I'm trying to deadfall and use ruby harvests at the same time, as the guide said. But in 30 minutes, not one deadfall has gotten anything. How much do other factors effect it, like clothing and distance from trap? I stay as far back as I can, but I have jungle clothes. I'm tracking to get woodland hides, how much do you think that will help?
  11. Many girls are averse to combat, so I would imagine that they skill alot. There are many though, who like it, and there are a fair number of male skillers out there as well. For the record, I'm a guy, and I prefer combat to skilling. (Though I do skill, if only for ice burst money.)
  12. Very true, I'm literally 10 times richer and stronger than I was before shoulen m0nk came calling. Gratz on75 farming, I'll sell you a mage seed I got yesterday for 150k.
  13. I do 100% mahogany, and 50% flax. Plank the mahogany and sell for 500 gp profit each plank (that's rounding up the gp per log from miscellania, and selling plaks 2250 each.) They go for up to 2.5k each. Spin the flax and sell 200 each.
  14. While I agree with the fact that hunting is far from pointless, I refuse accept the fact that a skill which generates raw gp is useless. Just pointing that out. Nice guide on leveling hunting too, after I finish my 300 mages for the day, I'll go try it.
  15. They own, and are cheap.
  16. Got 76 attack completely by surprise in castle wars yesterday night. EDIT: 78 woodcutting at mages today.
  17. People are stupid and arrogant; don't let it hurt you, just make more money, and don't repeat your mistakes. Oh yea... Verac > guthan
