Go for ATI Cards this time round, more bang for your buck (4870, 4870X2) lol @ buying a high end graphics card for Runescape, when I got my new computer I was playing so many awesome games that Runescape pales in comparison to.

Its not as simple as that, first of all you need to get a flashdrive that is compatible with that feature and it is a Vista exclusive. You won't see much benefit if you already have >1gb of Ram but really you shouldn't be running Vista with <1gb. ps. I'm upgrading to 4gb of Ram myself soon.

Yup, correct. It's made with 55nm technology instead of 8800gt' 65nm=Little bit less power hungry, little bit cooler and a little better to overclock with. Otherwise there's no difference in actual performance. Just re-named to sell more lol. and also 3x SLI support not that you would want to SLI 3 of them when you could get a card or two that performs better.

Its because with the newer core 2 duos come newer architecture (core 2 duos have 2 cores, P4s have 1, more cache among other things) and C2D's are much more efficient at number crunching and general computing tasks than Pentium 4s that run at a faster clock rate, use more power and hotter. So the Pentium 4 runs at a faster clock speed but any C2D even the entry level chips will wipe the floor with any Pentium 4. You GPU should be something like "Intel GMA xxx" as I assume it is integrated.

And another thing, the amount of heat these graphics processors generate is quite alot ranging from as low as 50C idle to around 70C thus the reasons for bing heatsinks and fans, if the handheld is to output graphics close to the console, it will get hot fast burning hands and may not even get approval.

Putting stuff out on paper is easy, go and actually make it.

If you have Vista there is a built in feature called DVD maker, never used that before but I assume that converts your windos movie maker files into DVD format

RPD+Grip+Stopping power+Steady Aim As IMO RPD has the best Iron sights in the whole game, fast rate of fire and beastly noise. The grip can be exchanged for an RPG or triple Frag at the expense of some accuracy. Yeah, it kinda is, you just need a hydrocarbon and air to make it combust but you won't get any explosions with air so the compressed air is nothing but a glorified supercharger that uses its own store of air instead of taking it from the atmosphere.
