    Needs to be updated: With the new shop update, it is no longer possible to buy Pineapples from the Charter Ships. You can, however, still buy them from the Grand Tree, which is your best bet if you want to buy them. (10 in stock, not infinite)

    There is a boat from Rellekka to Miscellania, check the docks in Rellekka, I'm not sure which is the right one. And if im not mistaken, you have to do The Fremennik Trials quest.

    You could try runecrafting the first few levels yourself. Other than that, make some money and buy them.
