  1. Oh yeah...I think that was announced after I posted my time converter. I'll see if it's adjusted to this, if not, I guess we have to do it ourselves and put GMT, EST, PST and the more popular time zones...
  2. It'd work just like all current random events then. Do you see the random events completely stopping autoers? No. Yes, if they were more common autoers would be stopped, but who wold want to enter a code every time you walk a few squares? Sorry, but it'd be annoying for regular players, and wouldn't help the autoer situation much.
  3. I just have to say... Macroers can DO things in real life. (Wow, isn't that amazing?) They can enter the code in personally. Then let the macro program take over, and then destroy the world. And we'll all die. Yay. How fun. Macroers are still the only flaw to this.
  4. At least you kind of support. The thingy about if you've played longer you get more space thing could possibly work, but since people who've played longer (As in have spent more time playing, not signed up earlier) should have relatively higher total levels, it could work with that. And they usually have more money, so buying space could possibly work as well. Who knows. Anyone to implement it would be good. And members got uh...48 spaces not that long ago...? There are maybe 4 times as many F2Pers as P2P. So this would take up as much space as that update did. And if this was put in with a quest to unlock it, it would be even less. There are two possible results from this rally. Jagex gives F2P space eventually, or Jagex laughs and there will be no more consideration about it. Yes, I have a feeling there will be some party-crashers that come along and spam and other stuff that isn't wanted. Not another person who hasn't read the first post. :wall: Who wants to take that one down...
  5. The only problem is macroers. This would make making more accounts to macro a lot easier. In the time it takes to go through tutorial island, a macro could make who-knows-how-many accounts. And that's bad.
  6. Add this to the rally information...
  7. Lol...Lucky? And I need a shorter title. I want to add the number of supporters...But there's too little room. Any ideas?
  8. If you haven't already, read this week's Tip.It Times. Has "The Editor" been reading this thread? :-s
  9. Ah whatever. Just bump this thread whenever needed, which shouldn't be often. And about the rally... 1. It would help if you said it was a Saturday. Most people can't look at a date and figure out what day of the week it is. 2. In the letter to Jagex, you said world 96, but you say world 61...? And since world 7 is the Tip.It F2P homework, may I suggest using that world, although it might be full...? 3. Make it clear that your RuneScape name IS NOT Prankster_King. Most people don't know that, despite the fact that it's stated right under your avatar. Adding some other people to look for would be handy too. 4. If there's space, maybe add something in the letter to Jagex about spamming, and WHY you're sending them the message. Which is so hopefully a J-Mod will attend to keep down spam. And so it'll be noticed more. (People tend to notice J-Mods more than average players) 5. Bufoman, get your P-Mod friends! Tell them to come to help keep down the spam! : 6. W00T! Rally time! :D
  10. Make that one and a half more people. It's sad seeing all these people know. I missed Fad's thread somehow, and don't want to bump it up, but he was one of my few friends on these forums. Not that Deloriagod exactly knew me that well, and I didn't know him that well either, but still...An OT'er leaving is always kind of bad, unless it's someone I hate. (You know who you are  ) [start a little off-topic ranting/bye] Anyways, bye...Not just Deloria and Fad, but most of you. Since most of you only use OT, and even if you use some other board, it's not likely it's B/S....Yeah, I'm half-quitting OT. Most of you don't know me, but I know some of you do. I'll only be checking this board once a week or so, and might not post at all. If there's a thread you know I'd be interested in (Penguins, perhaps? :) ), PM me. [End a little off-topic ranting/bye] Bye! (I've got my reasons...If you must know why I'm leaving, I suppose you could PM me... And erm...You probably don't care. And I might considering signing up for DG...And I didn't mean to make such a long post :uhh: ...And divert this thread onto a different subject...)
  11. Gah...? In Massachusetts (Boston Area), there hasn't been a single snow day yet. Maybe 3 snow falls. 2 were flurries. The other was about 2 inches on a Saturday morning. A place relatively famous for snow has no snow. (Even the ground and roads are covered in ice, and the last snow fall was a few weeks ago) Not a single blizzard has hit us. But I love the fact that some of you guys are going crazy over snow days which you probably see as rare, while I see them as common. (Canadians, don't try to call me a wimp. I've been to Canada countless times during winter. That, plus it's not that much colder up there than here. You decide if that was sarcasm...)
  12. Just in case you have to do it again...Don't make it so obvious. Act like you're replying to someone else's post, which you ARE doing, but your real purpose is to bump. Okay? Example: Monday - Guy: I support! Tuesday-Thursday - No posts Friday - Guy, thanks for the support! (AKA "Your support is appreciated!", etc.) Get it...? Unlimited bank space takes up too much space, and causes lag. But your support is still appreciated!
  13. Hey Socrates, I don't feel like answering these questions now. I MIGHT answer them later. If I don't, pick some random answers for me, okay?
  14. You're contradicting yourself. You're telling us to be able to handle other peoples' opinions we don't agree with, yet you're disagreeing with our opinion and flaming it. And if F2P don't deserve more bank space, they don't deserve ANY updates. Or the game at all. Why don't you ask Jagex to remove F2P permanently? I'm sure they'd like that.
  15. Whatever RuneScape is, who said it has to be an exact Molotov cocktail? It can just be something rather similar...Like I said, maybe a combined range and magic attack. Enchanting beer or something. Who knows...But variations of items similar to Molotov cocktails may happen.
  16. I suppose this was rather dumb. But hey, I was a beginner, and I still double check things like that all the time. Another thread...I was F2P, had no idea about anything to do with construction and kept up with the race for absolutely no reason. I'll find more later...
  17. I actualy used that back in the day too before I started using google. Awsome search engine :P. I love their translator, it's God. :o O:) Babelfish FTW! I like both. Before Gmail, I used Yahoo! for mail and sometimes searching, and Google for searching. After Gmail, I've given up on Yahoo!. Google has nearly all the features Yahoo! has. And usual;y netter versions of those features.
  18. Maybe we can have something similar. You know how you put bananas in beer? How about if you light the banana on fire first (Tinderbox -> Banana), and then put it in, it'll be something similar. It could have the effect of something similar to a fire spell, and it would disappear on impact, like runes. Or maybe it can be a new spell. Usually, I'm against ideas like this, but since I just thought of this, maybe...
  19. Ah yes, thanks for mentioning logging out. I'll add that. And the supporter list will be started...
  20. No offense but... How else do you say we take care of the non-supporters? We have to make them agree with us, or at least make them neutral. And that requires arguing. Which has gone on a lot. And they'll probably ignore it...Or at least send an automated reply. Good luck though, 4 is better than nothing. Hahahaha, no. Once again...Who becomes a member for bank space? Who'd quit P2P if F2P got bank space? How many less new members would there be if F2P got more bank space? Either you fail, or you're now a supporter. -.- Maybe kind of stubborn and stupid.
  21. [Previously "A Slight Modification to Teleporting Random Events"] You've probably gotten a teleporting random event before. A few examples are Leo, Evil Twin and ScapeRune. Some of you have probably been doing something, then all of a sudden been teleported away. Maybe you were about to finish off a kill and ready to get loot, or maybe you were in an intense race for an iron ore. Who knows. Well, if you have, you know it's annoying. So... Why not have it so that you're teleported AFTER you talk to the random event. Like if Leo just pops up while you're burying bones as a hill giant respawns, he won't automatically teleport you away. You'll be able to kill that hill giant, and THEN talk to Leo to get teleported. Of course, there'd have to be boundaries... -If you don't talk to the random event for 30 seconds, you get automatically teleported. -If you teleport, or use some other form of transportation, whatever happens now if you do that with a random like the MOM would happen. -To prevent autoers from using ^^, I don't know. They might as well teleport away from the MOM currently, so I doubt they would use it that much... -(Thanks to Dalcyte) You won't be able to log-out either. Another solution for this is that when you log out, the random would still be there when you log-in. But once again, autoers can do it now with the MOM, but they don't. So I don't see why they would do it for this either. I hope you understand what I mean. And I hope you support. I'll get a supporters list up if there are enough supporters... Supporter List 1. Me (Duh) -Dalcyte -Limpbizkit -Kinggabe -Starsteller -Timmay929 -Jondea0 -Screechingmu -Zaaps1 10. N0_LiMiT_KiLLa -Prankster_King -Scruff636b -Jwrm22 -Madder_Atkha -Ortiz9471 -Joeyhimself1 -Harrington
  22. -Uh...Okay... -Uh...Sure... -So because Jagex is a company and makes more than enough money doesn't allow them to be nice?
  23. Seeing as I don't know that much about football, this is a half-random guess. I'm supposing the image refers to Adam Vinatieri. (Sp?) The Super Bowl-winning FGs he's made. 2 for the Pats, maybe another one for the Colts. I may be completely off.... Anyways, go Colts? I don't really care who wins...
  24. Okay, from what I see, this is all about YOU being mad. I suppose most P2P would be mad. We were mad when the SoS came out, weren't we? If not, we shouldn't be mad now. If yes, then well, the same being mad would come with this update. Or any other F2P update. What I mean is that no matter what F2P gets, a new dungeon with new monsters and items or TWELVE more bank space, P2P will be mad. So I suppose you should go tell Jagex to not give F2P more updates as we'll be mad. And uh...I've NEVER been close to my last row. I've only dropped a few things since I became a member. And fine, if F2P want random event items rather than items that are used more often, it's their choice. Except I'm pretty sure most people, including P2P, would keep a zombie mask over a chisel. (Next post...) We've gone over MANY reasons why someone who really wants to be a member won't be one. You may say that it is completely irrelevant as it's that persons's problem, not Jagex's but there's something called being nice. (Fat Hobbit's post) Then WHY did F2P get the SoS? New prayers? A new bank? And being thankful for what you get is hard if the items needed can't be stored in your bank.
