"God hates fags"
I agree for the most part. The Bible is old. It can't be fully applied to modern day life. But yes, this is actually still followed. In most households, the father is usually the "leader". And like Hellbellz said, countries normally have male leaders. But these are a few passages. You can't tell me that everything in the Bible is trash. You mean "Treat others as you want to be treated" is rubbish? How about "Love your enemy"? (The second part was directed at Bbalking, the first at anyone who wants it to be directed at them)

deadly swimming pools!?
I feel the same way. Sort of. It's sad that this happened, and I hope the child will be alright. But I still laugh. Not really at what happened, but mainly at your post.

Ok im actualy geting pretty sick of this
Eels, I have to disagree with you a little. There's no official definition of "emo", so this is basically what I think... Someone who cuts themselves for attention is emo. Someone cuts themselves because they're truly depressed over something really bad happening, or because the have some disorder is not emo, but rather a depressed person. You see, emos don't cut themselves because they're depressed or stressed. They do it for attention. (And just for a little clarification, emos aren't the only people that cut themselves)

More F2P Bank Space! [BANKSPACE ACHIEVED!]
Maybe we should all make new accounts. :? Similar names, same look, etc. And that'd be good for the people afraid of getting banned. If not, then those that want to should wear the same clothes. It'd be more eye-catching. (Although I'd prefer to be decked out in members gear, showing that even P2Pers support it...Also a hint at that I "quit" members -No, I didn't - and have to wear that stuff because I don't have space.)

Swiftswitch a client used to run RuneScape. If I remember correctly, it was released by RuneHQ. Anyways, what this client did was make a lot of things easier. I believe it's legal now, so you can actually go try it out. (Although I'd double check first on the legality) Due to one of the rules (I forget which one) Jagex decided to ban SS. Obviously, players that used SS were mad. They rioted. Over a few worlds, there were many players in Varrock Square and other popular areas protesting. In the end, I think Jagex made SS and other clients allowed. So, this shows that Jagex will listen if we try hard enough. And if we try really hard, they might change it.

So you have retired rs?
I've temporarily quit, and that quitting may be permanent, although I do something fun with my friends once in a while. When did you stop playing? The last time I did something big was in late February 2007. I did a bunch of quests. Then I did my little Persian Wars fakes (Link in my sig). I did some hunting a few weeks ago, then went PKing with my friends. Why did you stop playing? I don't know. I guess a few reasons. A month before, I had reacher 70 mining. For anyone who's done that, you know it's boring. And somehow, the PW fakes made me lose interest in the game. Not to mention the community was getting bad, prices were getting terrible and updates weren't great. Do you still keep up with the updates? Yep, I check the site everyday. Anything new, I read it. But I usually don't try it out. Do you still log on occasionally? Yep. Like I mentioned, I do fun things with friends. We did this hunting massacre and PK trip a few weeks ago. And then, a few weeks from now, there's a few things I want to do. How has your life changed? Well...It's been better and worse. I miss the days when RuneScape was plain fun, but for some reason, I don't find it as fun anymore. But quitting RuneScape has given me more time for other games. What do you do on the computer now? Er...Anything. After I quit, I played a mix of SilkRoad Online, GunZ, 9Dragons and random online games. I also spend more time on Tribal Wars and TIF. Are there moments when you want to start playing runescape again? Yep. Once in a while, I'll be interested in an update. And there are also times when I'm bored (It's vacation, what's new?) and RuneScape is the only thing that comes to mind. Why I don't log on that much is a mystery to me.

Funniest story ever
That post has way too many things I would like to quote. And a great lesson came out of it too.

By the way, the SS rallies/riots (Whatever you want to call them) worked. It shows that Jagex listens if the problems are big enough. If we keep this up, they'll notice and listen.

New Presidential Directive Gives Bush Dictatorial Power
A month ago, I was talking to my friend about ancient Rome and how similar the US is to it. There's a lot alike between the two civilizations. Both have Republics, both are powerful, etc. And then I got to Caesar. I said "Watch Bush turn out to be a dictator sometime soon, and then he gets assassinated and the US Empire is formed." We've got the dictator part. Maybe. Now, who wants to assassinate him? (I have a feeling half of you have no idea what I'm talking about. Oh well.) Anyways...I don't know why people hate Bush. I don't think he's a great president, but he was decent until the War in Iraq started. He got us in it, he better get us out. Or else.

Athiest?
You can prove that there aren't. That's the difference. I admit that my statement about that was dumb and pointless, but it was mainly so I don't get into a huge argument about whether or not the "days" were 24 hours or not. It's not found in the Bible. And apparently, the earth is supposedly 4.6 billion years old. My other number (750000000/Whatever) was a little random. But I don't see how that really matters, you should have gotten my point even if the number was wrong. So...We agree on this part. I don't know how many times I have to say this, but I'll say it one more time. I don't believe everything in the Bible. It was written thousands of years ago, and translated from Hebrew. There will be mistakes, and there are mistakes. But I don't believe the whole thing is wrong, and I don't think anyone believes the whole thing is wrong. But once again, I don't think the whole thing is right.

Athiest?
What kind of crazy science is this? You just pulled that number out of your [wagon]. :-s Even though Heartless may be an idiot, I felt that his statement of people claiming the world to be 4.6 billion years old was true. Actually, the real reason I used that was because I'm lazy, and I don't want to check how old people think the earth is. So I picked that. And then for that 75000000 (Whatever) I did 4.6 billion divided by 6. it came up with two 7s with a bunch of 6s between them. Once again, I'm too lazy to find the real number. I admit I don't know Hebrew well, and this is mainly things I've heard from other people, but when the Bible was being translated from Hebrew into English, the person who did it may have read it wrong and accidentally added an "a" to "yom". Yes, it's a stretch. But just because that theory is false doesn't mean that the Bible is wrong in this case. The basic theory is that a "day", as Moses wrote, was not 24 hours. More like millions of years. There's no way to prove that, and there's no way to prove that wrong.

Athiest?
Hm, apparently no one else thinks that parts of both Scientology (Or whatever you like to call it) and Christianity can be true. What I mean is that the scientific explanations and theories could easily be fit into the Bible. For example, the scientific belief is that the earth is 4.6 billions years old. The Bible says 5000 years and 6 "Days". If I remember correctly, "Day" and "Age" are the same word in Hebrew. A translation error could have changed it from 6 ages to 6 days. So...Let's take it as 6 ages. An age could be what, millions of years? Billions? Assuming that an age is about 750000000 (Ahh...I think I did it wrong...) years, then the Bible agrees with the scientific proof. 4.6 billion years. This can also be applied to evolution. The Bible only says "humans". Never "Homo sapiens". The humans mentioned during creation could've been Australopithecus aferensis (Sp?). Then God decided to modify them as they weren't good, and he did that through mutations or whatever. Eventually, the result turned out to be Homo sapiens. (I'm too lazy to put in italics...) So...I'm neutral. I'm a Christian, yet I don't believe everything in the Bible. I believe parts of the scientific stuff is true, as there is undeniable proof, yet not all of it has solid proof that I'll agree with. I'm pretty sure that I'll get flamed by a few people. Or at least people will get close to flaming me. Whatever happens, none of you will change my opinion. So don't even bother trying.

Ok im actualy geting pretty sick of this
You see, emo is more of a slang term. It's not to be taken literally. Yes, emo stands for emotional. But the meaning has evolved to "People/a person who tries to kill themselves all the time."

Stop being so emo. I don't hate them, but suicide, or at least attempted suicide, is something that people I know like to make fun of. I guess I get some of it off them.

Tribal Wars - Fun way to pass the time.
Ah, time for me to make a long post. I've been playing Tribal Wars since December 2006. So I have 7 months of experience. That may be little compared to some of the players, but to most of you, it's probably not. So, if you have any questions, you can always PM me on TIF, mail me in-game, or post here. Now...My first world was world 3, if I remember correctly. A day later, I started world 4, which had just started. Then I started world 1 and 2. I had good villages on 4 worlds, until world 2 pulled ahead, due to the speed. So I put more effort into world 2 and less into the others. I ended up nobling 3 villages on world 2, while losing my village on world 1, 3 and 4. I then quit world 3 and 4, but due to loyalty to my great tribe (WL) on world 1, I restarted that world. I managed to build up and get 4 villages, but due to my activeness in world 6 and 7, I quit about a week ago. That's my story about the original 4 worlds. If you're going to play one of them, choose world 2. Then there's the newer worlds. They have archers, mounted archers, paladins and a new academy. When world 5 came out, I was excited, and I eagerly started. By the time world 6 came out, I was nobled on world 5, and I quit. But that gave me more time on world 6, which is now my best world. 60K points and counting. I'm in the fourth, nearly third, best tribe in the world. When world 7 came out, I decided to make a new tribe with my friends. We've made one called KOTNR. I'm not doing extremely well on world 7, but I'm not quitting...Yet...And for world 8, I find no point in playing, so I just build things once a day. World 8 takes an old world format, meaning no new troops and no new academy. And the map is clustered. I might quit soon. If you play one of these worlds, play 6 or 7. I recommend 6. So there you have it, Penguin's history of Tribal Wars. And I might as well put this out there... My username is Penguinduck3, on all the worlds I play on. That means 2, 6, 7 and 8. My tribes? Respectively, ME W, RFG, KOTNR and OLB45. Tribal Wars is a great game, but keep in mind...It's text-based, meaning that it's not like RuneScape and you can't play for hours. All you need to do is log on once every few hours and build stuff. It's a good thing to do while playing other games. I look forward to nobling a bunch of you! :XD: Oh yeah, a few tips. You should build resources first. HC and MA are nearly pointless, only make a few. Build up your wall...Level 20 doubles your defense. Join a tribe with members near you. A few more I can't think of at the minute.

I do that with my calculator! it's supprisingly hard :XD: So I'm not alone? I try doing it with whatever I can. Calculator, pencil, pen, book, piece of wood, whatever. I guess it's kind of a habit.- NEW HIGHSCORE LOOK---with pictures
You know how crowded it would be at the top? I'm sure many people have 126 combat and the max number of QP. Rank 1000000 combat would probably be 120 combat, or even higher. Rank 1000000 QP? Just a few under the maximum. No support, not to mention this has been suggested many times before. (By the way, you should have compiled your ideas into a thread or two. It's annoying seeing 4 threads by the same person in a row.)- ** The World's Craziet Wakiest Wildest Sports! **
That I did at high school and uni when I was bored. Still do it at work occasionally... manager doesn't like it much though #-o A teacher made me put away my pencil once because I was doing that. "It's a distraction!" Yeah, yeah, whatever. Now, how do you expect me to take my test?- vacation mishaps - share your experiences!
The only vacation I can think of with mishaps was a trip to Toronto/Mississauga. Somehow, within a span of 7 days... We're going to McDonald's, and the McDonald's is in the same building as a Pizza Pizza. We end up going into Pizza Pizza asking "Can we have a happy meal?" The fire alarm at the hotel I stayed at gets pulled. A car was on fire a few buildings over, and the hotel manager felt that it was a threat. Yeah, I woke up at 4 AM and had to walk down 30 flights of stairs. Not fun. On the way home, at the airport, we get stopped at some point in security. Why? They thought my sister went to Chicago by herself. A little mix-up with passports, I guess. If I think of something else, I'll post it. - ** The World's Craziet Wakiest Wildest Sports! **
