the "DID you know?".....post
The shotgun on the wall isn't real. Did you know almost every family's last name has a meaning that has to do with the family's occupation when there last name was created? you get fr33 cookies if you understand what I just said I understand. Smith = Family had blacksmiths Taylor = Family had tailors. Etc. But that only works for some last names. I'm assuming that you only mean English last names, so I'm not going to mention foreign last names. But take Brown. Want to tell me what a brown is? And cookie pl0x. And... Most polar bears and left-handed. An ostrich's eye is bigger than its brain.

Who? "Part Two"
Who is your favorite person to discuss things with? Nearly anyone... If they know what they're talking about, and if they respect other people's opinions, then I can discuss things with them without any flaming involved. If they are not, someone will end up making a funny comment which will lead to other comments, probably a few from me. Who do you think would label themselves as your enemy, or beter yet, who do you strongly dislike on this board? Lately, there hasn't been anyone, but some come close. Too many that are close to list. If you could sit down with one person, and have a deep, philisophical conversation with them, who would it be? Satenza...I think...Might have been Barihawk...Warri0r would also be near the top of my list... Any philosophical discussion with another OTer would end up about religion, so I would prefer someone that can discuss religions knowledgeably and respectfully. If TIF was "real-life", who would you consider to be your group of friends? Any Asian who is smart and likes video games. \ (My real life friends all fit that description...So I guess...Although a few non-Asians might have a chance, if they're smart enough and like video games enough...Sort of like Viktor, I guess) Do you miss seeing anyone around? With so many people that quit, I forget who quit and who's still here. I suppose Fadfdfd is around the top of my list...Annoying and stupid at times, but when he wasn't, he was decent If one person on this board were to become famous for doing something awesome for the world, or for maybe becoming a world leader, who do you think it would be? Bubsa will break the world record for running a marathon in a thong. But seriously, a good handful of OTers will have a chance of doing something awesome...

More F2P Bank Space! [BANKSPACE ACHIEVED!]
Wow, just noticed this was the hot topic. Mark it down in the first post if you didn't already... And hopefully the rally is either when I'm here, or my uncle's computer now has Java.

The best way to annoy someone?
The silent treatment. Or wait 2 seconds after they finish talking and say "Wait...What?" It's really annoying especially if they said something long.

School Traditions
My picture's up, I'm working on getting a video of it shooting something without me in it. And my school's math team didn't lose a single meet for 3 years, then I come and join it, and we don't win any of the 5 this year. But I actually did well, I guess the other schools improved more. (I actually don't see how they could've improved more than my school...We got two new people that are two of the top three scorers...)

Or create another account and mule, which is breaking a rule. Two out of the three options are bad for Jagex. Perhaps they should take a survey of what F2Pers would do...See which one is the most common... And the Wilderness Ditch update caused D_V_Devnull to leave? Aw, he should have stuck around OT...Or be like me...I quit RuneScape, but I'm still around... :(

More F2P Bank Space! [BANKSPACE ACHIEVED!]
We've seen the same arguments repeated over and over. We've ignored them most of the time, but we still get annoyed by them. So, sort of as an idea inspired by Ember's post... Why not have the "major supporters" each take a common argument made by non-members and make a thought out comeback to it? The next time someone uses that argument, we point them at that comeback. It'd help us ignore them for the most part, yet not have them thinking they won the argument because we didn't reply. And it'd help against those non-supporters who actually read your entire post. They should figure out that they shouldn't use those arguments. And by the way, whatever happened to D_V_Devnull?

More F2P Bank Space! [BANKSPACE ACHIEVED!]
Done. Your post was very nice, maybe each of the major supporters (Not saying some supporters are less supportive) can make a long, thought-out comeback for a common argument. Then Prankster can copy and paste them all into the first page (Using the hide option if needed). If it's done, it could help. And to all people that are neutral, I'm fine with it. As long as you respect both sides' opinions. (Now, who wants to count the number of supporters? \ )

More F2P Bank Space! [BANKSPACE ACHIEVED!]
Big coincidence FTW? Tetusya made the 1000th post AND the 2000th post. Interesting. Well, I personally think the ratio of supporters to non-supporters is growing. Which is good. And to somewhat recap the first 2000 posts...I'll answer a few common statements made by non-supporters...Like I did a while ago... N-S = Nonsuporter N-S: You don't pay, you don't get anything! Me: Then why does F2P still get updates? N-S: It'll take up so much space Me: P2P got 48 new spaces one. There are about 4 times as many F2Pers as P2P. This would take the same amount of space. N-S: It'll take up too much time and cost too much. Me: You're crazy. N-S: No, F2P is a demo! Me: Tell me where Jagex said so. (And look at Ember's post right above mine) N-S: Why should Jagex give a bunch of freeloading noobs that are little kids updates? Me: *Reported for flames*. And why not? I might have missed some, feel free to add on if you want. And the next non-supporter who doesn't even mention any of these arguments will earn some respect.

Favourite and least favourite School subjects
Well, it usually depends on the teacher...So for this year... Favorite: History - It's ancient history. Awesome. Sparta. W00T. And my teacher is awesome, he swears in class and is very enthusiastic. Math - My best subject, even if you give me a hard teacher instead of the really lenient and easy one I have this year. (My average for the year? 100%) Because I do so well, I don't feel like paying attention so I talk with my friend who sits near me the whole time. Least Favorite: English - I hate my teacher. She's old and fat. She hates most students. Yeah, since I have an A in her class, I guess she doesn't hate me. But that doesn't stop me from hating her...I got 3 points off my unit test because she refused to give me more paper. (And English is usually my worst subject, unless the teacher is really lenient) Edit: Okay, I took a look at other posts...The_Dragon_Reborn, another thing we have in common other than living in Massachusetts...Geography and ancient history are two of my best subjects...And despite the fact that I do well in French, I don't like it... And I figure I should add another least favorite...Phys. Ed. I'm nowhere near athletic. Not to mention I don't know anyone in my class after spending 7 months with them. And my teacher is way too enthusiastic, he makes us stretch for 15 minutes at the beginning of each class. And another favorite...Geography...I do very well in it, nearly as good as I am in math. I memorize random capitals and stuff (Like Viktor does) and I love drawing maps. And I hate my math class, but I like the subject. Just a little clarification. And since all my friends are in it, I guess band is also one of my favorites.

School Traditions
Over a year since you joined and never made a topic? That is actually a good thing, should have some sort of limit like 4 months or whatever before someone can make a topic. I don't know if I ever made a topic on Scapeboard, and I was there over a year. Sadly I don't really have anything to say on-topic wise, because my school didn't ever do anything traditionally. Oh wait, I made a thread about the MLB playoffs in October. I don't think any other threads in OT, but a few in other boards. And Viktor...Your school is weird... EDIT: Oh, whatever...This is the third thread I've started in OT...The first two were about baseball...

School Traditions
I just noticed that the last time I started a thread in OT was...Never...Might as well make this the first... So, does your school have any traditions? Or for you old people, did your old school have traditions? It can be anything from annual trips to traditional pranks. [hide=My School Traditions]My school has a few... -Traditional trip to Canobie Lake Park on last/second to last day of school (Canobie Lake Park is an amusement park in New Hampshire) -A trip in which one grade goes to some camp for a few days... -Ski trip (Finally learned how to ski!) -Roman feast I'm going to make most of my post about the last one, the Roman feast. The Roman Feast is a project and a party that only my grade participates in. It was today. It's a history project, so our projects have to do with ancient Rome, although for the past few years, other ancient civilizations have been allowed. My friend and I built a catapult. It was about 3 feet long and 1.5 feet wide. It shot up to 6 feet or something. I'll get a picture up tomorrow, as it's still at school. Anyways, on to what happened. For the past week, all we did during history class was work on our projects. Just imagine a whole floor of students hammering, sawing and painting. My friend and I barely finished our catapult, but it was pretty well done. We didn't make it the tension catapult we wanted, but rather more of a pulley-operated catapult. Yesterday when we were testing it, we almost hit another of my friends with a piece of wood. Today, I didn't have to go to any of my core subjects. That means math, science, English and history. Yeah, I had French and band, but those two are rather fun. Then came the real fun. Everyone brought their project into the gym. We spent an hour or two looking around at everyone's project...I saw this huge trireme (Greek/Roman warship) that was about 6 feet long. There was also a great model of an aqueduct, as well as a few other catapults. Then we had lunch, what made this a Roman FEAST. We had an all-you-can-eat buffet. Pizza, pasta, garlic bread, etc. Any Italian food you can think of. Not to mention it was good food. Then we had more time to look around, and a few people fired their siege weapons. A few people had built a giant ballista, and it was awesome. A few catapults were really awesome, much better than mine. But then, sadly, school was over. Usually something I'd be happy about, but in this case, no. I have to bring my project home tomorrow (Gr...How am I going to carry it...) and I'll get some pictures up. [/hide] [hide=Biggish Picture] WTF? Biggish is a word? [/hide] Sorry if this topic is really bad and makes all of you hate me. I decided to make this thread because of my experience today, as well as the senior pranks coming up.

Day 1: Ten Days, Ten Threads
Hm, you mentioned MIT and Harvard out of all the colleges/unis out there, any chance you live in Massachusetts? And gratz on 1K posts. And good luck on your test. I'm looking forward to your other threads.

Where your birthmark?
I thought you would've had one that looks strangely like Europe. I don't think I have one...And I'm still sort of confused on what birthmarks are, but no need explaining as I'll eventually find out on my own.

The Happiest Day of my Life
Bad things happen to good people. Great things happen to great people who used to be good people. And things can change quickly. I think Bubsa's been promoted to great. I'm happy to here all that, hopefully things will get even better. :

More F2P Bank Space! [BANKSPACE ACHIEVED!]
That's you. You might find some stuff useless, other's might not. You might think the zombie clothing is pointless, someone who has nearly all the clothing and really wants the emotes would not. And selling and re-buying is really annoying...For one thing, the money you lose eventually adds up. Not to mention you might waste a lot of time. And faleep, I'm not even going to bother with you. If you read even the last page or two, you would probably know why. You're just repeating rubbish that other people have said. And Orc_doom is the first sensible non-supporter, although he sort of supports. I just have a feeling that you'll NEVER get any of us to see your side. And we'll rarely get any of you to see our side. (I did once, but one out of who-knows-how-many...)

Last Chaos - A Completely FREE MMORPG
Looks like nearly any other east Asian-based MMORPG I've played. Silkroad, 9Dragons, etc. And I doubt it's really that much different...

Suspended from school...again
It's complicated. Last year, some of my friends had a different lunch time than me. They sat at the table that's now the nerd table last year. So this year, I decided to join my friends there, and apparently all the nerds were there. (I supposed they sat together last year) But we never talked to each other although we sat within a few feet of each other. Actually, the main reason was this one kid...Too much explaining to do though...

Suspended from school...again
I've never been suspended but I probably deserve some... I've had a few fights, never hurt anyone too badly...And nearly all my fights have been with friends in classes with lenient teachers. Except for once... During lunch, I was sitting at the dork/nerd table. This incident was what caused the geeks to separate off into their own table. Anyways, the kid sitting next to me was this kid everyone hates, and for good reason. He's greedy, selfish, inconsiderate, somewhat stupid, and has a huge ego. So one of my friends starts to unintentionally annoy him. My friend playfully grabs the other kid's backpack, and starts running around with it. The kid then grabs his lunchbox, turns his head to look at me, then swings his lunchbox, hitting me in the face. Intentionally, he confessed afterwards. So I retaliated. Shoved him a few times, slapped him once, kicked him once, and made him fall onto the ground, with my hand gripping his shirt. (And somewhat close to almost starting to choke him) The principal comes over, and he gets in trouble. Detention for a few days, sitting on his own in the cafeteria, etc. What I get? I have this kid after me now, he attacks me every chance he gets.

What good things have happened to you recently?
Everything in my life is good compared to some people. But to the average American... I'm acing tests left and right, hope I make my English grade back to an A-, or even an A. I'm working on a secret project that I'm going to post about on Thursday, and it should be awesomely awesome. In nearly every computer game I play, I'm doing well...Having good success in Tribal Wars and having a great time in 9Dragons. My piano recital is this Saturday. Although I'm not exactly prepared, after it, I only have a few lessons left before the summer, in which I'll barely have any. Same goes with school/finals. Finals coming up in a few weeks, but afterwards, it's all downhill. (Or uphill, depending on which way you look.) Yep, I'm having a great time... :
