There's a problem with debating when nearly every thread ends up as one. And usually a religious debate, which can be a touchy subject for some people...And those people start to flame, and well...That's not good... If we had a few good debates once in a while that'd be fine. As for mild flaming, it depends on what the case is. If it's something simple, like "OMG n00b u suck ur wrong and ur dumb and ur an idiot" then yeah, I don't care, people who take offense to that are real idiots. But when it becomes something else, and people are flaming opinions and beliefs that's a different story.

Got a few chuckles out of me...Not funny enough for me to laugh though. But on the artistic scale, it's not bad. It's much better than my version. (Did I even make one...? Check the link in my sig if you want to find out for me...) It was also a great way to incorporate RuneScape (And 300!) into a picture. Excellent job on the text, but the other parts don't look like they took much work, 7/10.

I was originally thinking that you were one of the people that WEREN'T. Maybe I should change my mind. Maybe the people that have already posted haven't been arrogant/stubborn/narrowminded. But come on, Satenza. You've seen religious debates on these forums before. You're going to end up with a bunch of people that know nothing flaming each other. That's basically what I'm talking about - The flames. We haven't gotten much yet, but I'm getting out of here before they come. If you don't think flames are arrogant, then well...That's possible. Just not my opinion. As for stubborn and narrowminded, you're also going to end up with a bunch of people that are screaming "NO WAI IS ANY PART OF THE BIBLE WRONG!", or the opposite. You're going to end up with some people being extremely annoying as they refuse to acknowledge the fact that they're wrong. That's usually what leads to flames, and that leads me back to arrogance. So, Satenza. Like I said, you've seen these topics before. They'regoing to end up in flames, and flames can easily be traced back to arrogance and stubbornness.

I have no intention of starting an argument. I just want to give a possible explanation of this. If you disagree, okay, great. I already admitted that the Bible does contradict itself, but that doesn't mean that the whole thing is rubbish. Anyways, on to my explanation. It could be that after those animals were created, they had no specific names. Only after Adam was created were they given names. So the order of events... -Animals are created -Adam is created -Animals get names During the first two events, the animals might not have had names. It's a little confusing, and I didn't word it so well, but I hope you get my point. It could still be a contradiction though. And this will probably be my last post on this thread for a while...I'll stand on the sidelines, neutral, as stubborn, arrogant and narrow-minded atheists battle just as stubborn, arrogant and narrow-minded (And over-defensive) fundamentalists. Go have fun making yourself look bad. There's plenty of space on the sidelines if you want to join me. (I'm not saying every person that posts is stubborn, arrogant, etc...But most are...)

There's no point. Now, if you want to debate on something to do with religion but NOT attempt to convert anyone (Which is hard) then go ahead. I don't know where I said you were an atheist. And okay...But remember, I don't believe that we'll all have the same result. So that doesn't apply to me. I'm not going to continue this any further, as nothing else you said in your post is wrong. I'm can't argue against something I agree with.

Satenza, in your post you said "...any other religion..." So that doesn't include atheism. My point is that if atheism is correct, there will be no god to screw you. And I think Serephurus means something like what I mean. If we all get the same result, then why does it matter what happens before the result?

But atheism isn't a religion. I'm not sure, as I'm not one, but don't atheists believe that the only thing that happens to you after you die is that your body rots? (Yeah, and bugs eat it) So no matter what religion the person believed in, or if they didn't believe in a religion at all, there would be no difference. Correct me if I'm wrong.

And there's no point in that. If atheists are correct, which I personally believe is not the case, then there won't be any harm in believing in Christianity. Anyways, please get it in your mind that not all Christians are crazy people who think that everything in the Bible is true. In fact, most Christians don't.

*Thinks to when I took my French final a week ago8 Oh yeah...I cheated...At least for part of it... Okay...Well, if music helps you study, then sure, why not keep your laptop on. If it becomes a distraction, then you're going to have to face it. Either studying and possibly getting a good grade or listening to music. As to studying tips...As well as what Foolgool said about conjugations, be sure to remember genders. Also, when I didn't cheat, I would try to find connections between the English word and the French word. And oh yes...It'd be best if you could figure out what type of learner you are. And how you learn best. Depending on what works for you, you could make flashcards, copy your notes over again and again, talk to yourself, or do something else I can't think of.

I went to a camp a few years ago, and there was this course in which we used GameMaker to make games. Afterwards, I downloaded it onto my computer, and I have a few good games. I haven't done anything complicated, and I haven't done anything in a year or two. Anyways, yes, it was a nice program. There are obviously better game-making programs, but it's one of the best for free.

London->Paris->Bordeaux It's the only trip I've been on that's not so common. I would say Taiwan or Toronto, but I've been to those places so many times it's not even memorable. Anyways, that was the second time I've been to London. I did all the things I liked doing the first time I went there, as well as a bunch of other cool stuff. Then I took the Eurostar. Enough to make it memorable. It's not everyday you ride a train across the English Channel. And a great end to the train ride - Paris. The Louvre and all the other museums were stunning, as well as the well...French-ness. And then to top my trip off...Bordeaux. I spent my birthday there. And apparently, my friend was there too. And it wasn't planned or anything. Great trip.

I am an Asian geek. That likes penguins. I'm your typical Asian. (Or at least East Asian/Chinese) Glasses, squinty eyes, straight A's, math team, terrible at team sports, decent at tennis and ping pong, etc. So, I wear...Uh...Pretty much anything...Although I prefer T-Shirts, and the only T-shirts I have are Einstein, Princeton, Red Sox or Chinese Zodiac. 3 out of the 4 reflect my Asian-ness. And oh yeah...I don't wear jeans. Sweat pants FTW.

I learned that girls like to write long messages in yearbooks while boys...Don't... I also learned that I'm probably going to miss school. Yeah, surprise. I actually would like school if it wasn't for the homework.

Oh yeah, I forgot about performing. Whether it' public speaking or recitals, I start sweating. A few examples... -Piano recital. I do perfectly well at my lesson a few days beforehand. Then at the recital, I screw up big time. Why? My hands are all sweaty and my fingers are slipping. -Oral presentation. I stutter a lot more than usual. Even if I practice my presentation 20 times before, I'll still end up forgetting some stuff. Now, the exception. -Concerts. I'm fine at school band concerts. So I suppose I mean independent performing.
