Angry Old Man - Part Two
^That would be a sneaky thing to do, eh. There has been a lot of events happening about this, so I may write up a second part on the first page. :-k Actually, I'll probably fix up part one too, as so much information has been neglected.

Angry Old Man - Part Two
Haha nice story Kranked. Update - I found out that this guy isn't even a senior citizen, he is actually a father of someone around my age. So either he had kids really late, or he just looks terrible.

Angry Old Man - Part Two
Thanks Goddess, I was waiting for your opinion. :) First of all, I'd like to clear up a few more things that may not have been clear in my first post. - It wasn't my house. :P - I had just arrived to the scene with no background information, saw him verbally abusing one of my friends and told him to back down. Also, the letter box isn't even broken. [hide] It is one of those small wooden types, kind of like this But with a thinner post, and a wooden box. [/hide] It was slanting to one side after the 'vandalism'. This is why I feel his anger was totally unjust. But yes, I do understand your point, thank you. EDIT: Fixed image, typos

Angry Old Man - Part Two
Thanks for the replies. I was judging 30-40 as small, because 10 of them had come in two cars for only about half and hour then left, and the rest of us is just our group of close friends. Also I was considering it small because it wasn't a party. As i said in first post, the letter box was slightly bent out of place. It is one of those small wooden ones, and had been apparently pushed on an angle by one of us. There had been many other passes by as well, because there was an actual party just a few streets away (we couldn't get in ). What's the lesson? Don't be a teen when there is property damage near you? Don't look out for a friend? The majority of the group was inside, or out in the backyard. Regardless of that, how can we be guilty just because we were present? It sounds terrible, doesn't it?

Angry Old Man - Part Two
Part One A friend of mine, who we shall now call Bob, had some friends over for drinks, since the party we planned on going to a few streets up was invitation only. The group contained only close friends, and it wasn't an outrageous party or anything of that nature. A few of us, me included, walked up to the shops for a short time. As we arrived back at Bob's house, Almost the entire group was outside, being abused by AOM (Angry Old Man), as well as two other people who I assume lived with him. His small, wooden letterbox had been pushed on an angle, and he blamed one of the people from our group, even though his house is located on a main street, with many passers by. As I got closer, one of the girls from our group, who I shall call Sally, tried to break up the argument, and try to move our group back inside. AOM's verbal onslaught was now directed at her. His language was particularly foul, and Sally is one of my good friends, so I was not going to tolerate that. I walk up to him, and told him not to talk to Sally like that (although my language was probably more colourful). He then lunged at me, and grabbed me by the throat. I pushed him back, and kept pushing him as he was not letting go. This was then interrupted by a mate of mine, Ben, who, jumped on him, taking him to the ground, and throwing a few connectionless punches, as he was pulled off in seconds. [hide=Orignal of Part One] So last night, we were having a few drinks at a mates place, since there were no parties on. 30 or 40 people, not too much. A couple of us walk up to the shops and hung around their for half an hour or so. We walk back to the house and discover that the rest of the group is outside, being abused by the next door neighbors. Their letter box had been slightly bent out of place, and apparently it was one of us. Anyway, one of the abusive neighbors was an old man, I'd say around 65 years old. He was being particularly abusive to a couple of girls from our group, swearing and name calling and such. I didn't approve of that at all, so I walk up to him and told him to not talk to them like he was. All of a sudden he clicks it, charges at me and grabs me by the throat. I had a few drinks in me, so i pushed him back, ready to hit him. One of my other mates then jumps in, pushes him to the group and jumps towards him, but was held back by the rest of us. Now even though this senior citizen started the physical contact, if I had hit him, would it have been justified? Post your thoughts. :?[/hide] Part Two. It has been a week since the incident, and a lot of information has been discovered. 'Angry Old Man' is not as old as we had thought. He is a father of someone around our age, so around 55 years of age I would estimate. Though this is not as great as it sounds. AOM and his son associates themselves with some of the more violent Lads (or chavs) of our area. Somehow these people have gotten Ben's phone number, and have been calling him all week with death threats and such. The day after Christmas we went to a party, only to get thrown out 20 minutes later. When Ben had shown up, one of the Lads walked up to him and slapped him, hoping Ben would throw the first punch. He knows better then to fight these people, so he walked out to leave, and we follow him. In a matter of seconds, two of them ran outside to fight Ben. Ben ran towards his car, parked a street up. The two Lads run after him, so I, and two other boys I was with ran after them. Ben gets away in his car, but one of them gets in theirs and follows him. Ben got home safely in the end. But I wonder whats in store over the next few weeks. #-o Note: Names have been changed for their own protection. For all I know, some of the highest gang members of the Shire could be Tip.it Members. :P

Get a hobby, and stop wasting your time on insignificant things. OT - Of course you didn't get any questions answered, as far as i could tell, your letter contained no questions. You were just kissing their [wagon], then you told them to listen to the players.
- A lost love =[

Leaving Offtopic, lock please
I could take any story, add a few rewards, then wack it, with a large serving of fear in a blender - and we have a religion. Generally, the whole reason for religion has been lost. People only believe for fear of the proposed consequences, and/or the benefits offered. Anyway, my god is reason. It obviously isn't clear whether or not there is a higher being. But if there is, it/he/she won't care if loved thy neighbor. Although, teh_langzor's response would be my second choice. :D

Your first kiss
First proper kiss was 14-15, can't remember. :? But it was chat. It was my first kiss, but still, I knew she was terrible. In fact, i have only had one good kiss so far. TIP - Don't treat kissing as a technique :wall:

America+Middle Eastern=Racism?
Generalizations is apart of society. Its something you will have to get used to. I'm willing to bet half of the general American population will think 'Steve Irwin' when i say Australia. :P

Illegal?
It is legal if its the artists official Myspace. However, regular people can make fan pages and upload the artists song for download. This is likely to be illegal. My opinion - who cares?

Annoying customers
Once the store I work in had a Black out. Every light was off, as well as the computers. Still, the customers that were present when the black out actually occurred tried to use their credit cards to purchase their goods. Once a guy cursed and yelled at me for 20 minutes because we had sold a certain pair of shorts that were there 5 days ago when he was looking. Once a customer lost her kids and blamed me because our computers were processing slow. I'll think of more later :XD:

Akon
It's strange, I used to hate him. But now I love his music. I guess I just never used to like that style of music, but I'm all into it now. I think it would be more constructive if the haters gave some relevant reasons as to why his stuff is bad.

Does God approve of our Yuletide rituals? (quiz & satire)

Mall Shooting in Nebraska
This guy was an idiot. He kept [cabbage]ting on about relieving the burden on is family and friends, yet never thought about the burden of association they now have with some monster mass-murderer. He also talks about how good his friends were. If he had good friends then how the [bleep] could your life be [cabbage]ty enough to kill yourself? Attention-seeking Emo + Gun = Bad.
