The place of Religion in Schools
It has no place in schools. We learn about theories and facts in school, not fairy tales. For all intensive purposes, to the general population, "religion" is a fairy tale. I'm not saying there is no God, period, or trying to bag on religion, but it has no place in school. No place at all.

Kramer's Racist Remarks.
The heckler deserved to get told off, but not in that sense. I saw the video and it was funny until he started yelling the N word over and over. He had a point that made it funny, as a comedian, when he said "50 years ago you would have been hanging upside down from a tree, and now you've got the right to talk so you come in here and heckle me." or something like that. He could have done it with much more class and made the guy look like a complete fool, but instead he just made himself look like a racist idiot. Not like it matters. Who really cares about THAT guy these days? I mean, he's performing at the Laugh Factory...The only people who go there are relatively unknown comics and washed-up comics, lol.

The Zune
I dunno' why Microsoft bothers, honestly. Everyone who wants an MP3 player owns an Ipod...Microsoft has admitted that they won't make profit off of these for a good long time....And Apple has been making bank on them for a couple years now... Yep, sounds like a good business decision. :P It's not like Microsoft should care, I guess. Their stock still goes up 10%+ every year (except last year it went up 9% I think...Whatever) because they sell so much software. It's the same thing with the Xbox - they make no money on any of them they sell, but it doesn't matter because it's just numbers and pocket change to them, lol.

Flying Car captured by Google Earth?!
I was just going to say, Mercifull was apparently confused about it, because no matter how you slice it, that bus stop is facing in the wrong diagonal direction and there is no way to part a car next to it...Note the poles and stuff. :P Also, there is no side-walk in the picture, and using a satellite image of my own house, I can prove that you'd be able to see sidewalks from that height. Quite clearly, actually. I wouldn't be too far out of line to say you might be able to see those poles, too, because in front of my house, the satellite got a picture of my dad mowing our lawn. He got a good laugh seeing that, lol. Anyways, if you look at the other black cars in the lot, you can see that they look quite similar to that "shadow". If you asked me, I'd say it was another black car. Anyone who'd actually believe it's a flying car needs a uge reality check.

Global Warming
... could've sworn one of the more interesting things about the Siberian tundra was all the tons and tons of, as you so eloquently put it, "cow farts" frozen into it. That would, in the event of such a massive defreeze, move into the atmosphere. Now wouldn't that be, if you'll pardon the pun, hot? How many cows live in a barren land? Very few animals and people live in Tundra. The "cow farts" are released in more populated areas and more moderately temperate zones where large herds of animals are found. There isn't much CO2 frozen in Tundra...just dirt. I believe I've read somewhere that there is also a good helping of Methane in them, which you know, is cow farts. :P And no, moose are not the new cows. Are there even moose in Antarctica? For some reason I don't think there are. And penguins are the new transportation units...Like sledding, kinda'. You could call them chickens, because you could eat them of course, but wouldn't you rather ride 'em?!

Looking deep into the CELL
Only it's like Fort Knox built by 14 year olds who don't know anything about safety anyways. Honestly, who's idea was it to censor the word "ass" with "wagon"? That sounds like a 14 year old. Maybe 15, tops. And "Cabbage?" Christ...

Do you give money to the homeless?
Yeah, give it to the guy who could afford a guitar as opposed to the ones who probably too much pride to beg and were eatting out of a GARBAGE CAN. I've never encountered any homeless people because i don't go downtown much, but if i did i would give them some money regardless if they were druggies/alcoholics or not. In all fairness, it was a pretty crappy guitar. Plus, he had talent and was obviously using it to his advantage. It may sound heartless, but homeless people are only homeless because they put themselves there. If anyone can tell me how someone can be homeless and not have it be because of drugs/alcohol or other bad choices, I'd love to hear it. Bums get money ALL the time from people out of sympathy, yet none of them can save up and save up until they can afford to stay somewhere for a couple days, buy some clothes and get a job? Doubtful. As I said, they were drinking people's alcohol out of the garbage. It's obvious what they would have done with the money.

Global Warming
That was 100% serious presented in a whimsical manner. Yes, there is a hole in the ozone. Been there for a while, started from volcanic gases and cow farts (literally). Billions of tons of ice can not melt completely in 100 years, much less 9. Tundra is frozen soil. If you melted it, all would remain is extremely fertile soil. Better? I say we buy up all that land, strike a deal with a hair-drier company, melt the ice, and then invest into farming the land! This will totally work. Who wants to go halfsies?!

And the Winner is...
....Yeeea. Not a sport by any definition... More like "time-waster". I mean, it doesn't even take any skill.

Do you give money to the homeless?
I've only ever seen a couple homeless people in my life...On River St. in Savannah, Georgia...One was playing guitar and singing, so we gave him some money...They other ones were actually digging through garbage and eating out of it, not even asking for money...The were drinking people's left over beer out of the cups in the garbage, so I didn't give THOSE guys any money, as it's obvious they're there because of that.

Violent video game adverts. (Plus, it's Rememberance Day)
- Violent video game adverts. (Plus, it's Rememberance Day)
Yea, good point. Go Intern for Jack Thompson...I'm sure someday his work will catch on! ...Or not. If you'd like to know WHY Jack Thompson's work against video games and fun in gerenal will never work, I'll show you one of my own personal writings: "For those of you who haven't heard of Jack Thompson, he's a Florida lawyer who gets off by picking on kid's video games by calling them "too violent to be sold" and the like. Before even playing them or apparently reading much about them, even, he is already out trying to get them banned. Case in point? The newest game from Rockstar North called "Bully". It's about a kid who thinks he's all tough and bullies kids, however, when he goes to a new school, he finds himself being picked on and decides to retaliate by "fighting back". Now, the game obviously has violence, but that's besides the point...The game also has an "anti-bully" overtone in the story-line. Throughout the story-line, the main character realizes that being a bully is stupid and he'd rather just defend himself using mischevious skills he picked up being a bully all those years. Jack Thompson called it a "Columbine Simulator" before even knowing anything about the game. He based it completely off the name of the game. Fair enough, [wagon]-wipe. I suppose everyone is entitled to jump to conclusions and be a jerk-off in general. Afterall, it's about bullying! Someone could get killed playing this game!...Right? No, wrong, [wagon]. Games do not kill people...[developmentally delayed]s kill people. Well, not literal [developmentally delayed]s...You know what I mean. Stupid people. With guns. And problems. Thankfully, the Florida judge threw the case out after playing it himself, saying quote "It really isn't anymore violent than anything we'll see on TV tonight..." and he's right. Thank you, Mr. Judge. My question is this: When will Jack Thompson realize that he cannot crusade around like a zealot for all that is righteous, pretending he's actually saving anyone from...Anything at all? If anyone remembers a couple years back, McDonald's was taken to court for making people fat. Rediculous, you say? That's what the judge said too...He was smart, he knew people were responsible for their own actions. Jack Thompson and the other anti-fun zealots don't get this. Under Bill Number H.R. 554 of the 109th Congressional Party, also known as the "Hamburger Bill", you can no longer sue fast food corperations for "making you fat". Why? Because it's your own damn responsibility to not stuff your face with greasy food until you die. If you do that, then you can't very well blame McDonald's for selling it to you. You had the choice, you made it. Live with it. So, my question is...When are we going to have the "Bully Bill" that says you can no longer sue game companies for making games that people say lead them to go on a shooting rampage? It's the same thing. People make these choices themselves and noone can convince me that playing Grand Theft Auto too much is going to make me blow a cops face off with a Desert Eagle. I've played the ENTIRE Grand Theft Auto series since I was about 12 years old and I've never once even considered it. So when is Congress going to pass the bill that protects game companies freedoms? Apparently, it is perfectly acceptable for people to kill themselves (via food), but killing others (via any means) is not right...Personally, I see no difference." Hate the man with a passion.- women and men equality..
Again, that's because men are physically stronger than women. If you're a woman and can make it in men's sports - you are awesome. If you are a man you would dominate women in their sports just because of your stength over them. It's just how the facts are laid out. Are some women stronger than some men? Yep, but not the majority, not by a long shot. As for the dumb president sexism commment...Men act on their emotions and generally result to violence. Women, for the most part, will just yell. Hmm...Speaking in a "tone" with someone...Or nuking their country....Yea, big choice there.- Violent video game adverts. (Plus, it's Rememberance Day)
Umm, dude? Welcome to every year since you've been alive, most likely longer. It seems you're not angry about violent games, but angry that one was advertised on Rememberance Day, which is obviously a coincidence and they're not going to stop running an ad just because it's X day. Time to grow a pair. That's how the world works. It doesn't stop running just because something coincidentally [wagon]-hatish happens.- HOLY :|
- runescape for microsoft or sony
I'm kinda of surprised no huge company has taken interest in buying it. If they were to seriously upgrade the graphics, they'd have to redo all the programming, too...It'd probably cost a ton and take a couple years.- Any glowstickers/glowstringers or PLUR kids?
It looks cool, but I must say I hate people who call themselves "ravers". It's probably one of the dumbest titles out there.- Grammar Nazis
I like grammar nazi's, but not the crazy ones that will go on about like college english stuff that noone cares about. People who type like an idiot need to be told they do, because it isn't cool. I used to type like an idiot when I was like 13, and I can't imagine doing it again, it's too much work NOT spelling things right.- Changing Schools - A Problem
Yea, I slacked off in Bio and got a B too. Lol. My advice: Switch schools. You gotta' do what you gotta' do, and in the end, if you don't like people there, or they don't like you; it doesn't matter, and it's actually for the better...You'll be able to concentrate more on studying and less on talking, which was my problem in school. :P Don't drop out, no matter what your plan is. You'll regret that. Just switch, play golf, get your scholarship and rock face in college.- Global Warming
I hope that the ice caps melt and we all drown, but that's just me. We do not deserve this planet. The planet needs a chance to start over, and it will never have that chance as long as there is a drop of oil in the ground. Here's a better question for you guys: How much money can one spend if his lungs have just exploded and he is now bleeding internally from the immense heat of the sun beating down through a destroyed Ozone Layer? That is the real question. Oil tycoon's are the most blind people on this Earth. They care of nothing but money, and for what reason? To amass it and die, leaving the world with your destruction? We run Space Ships on Hydrogen. It is possible to run cars on them. Will we ever run on Hydrogen? Not if oil companies have anything to say about it. And an Oil company is the most powerful government in this world, weither you know it or not. Oil companies can't harness all the hydrogen for themselves and sell it for immense profits, so they want nothing to do with it. We will be stuck on oil until it is completely gone, and with the oil gone, the world can finally start to heal itself, but it will be far too late, and it will take thousands of years. All because of 100 years of burning oil.- Earth really is pathetically small...
I'm not sure why people think Area 51 is a mythical place either. Ever use Google Maps? You can see the actual facility via satellite.- Player-Made Equipment: Needs Attention?
In order for it to be successful, materials have to be much harder to get aswell. 3 rune bars may have been impressive 4 years ago, but today it's nothing. It takes like 2 minutes to get. The good thing about WoW's smithing, and especially their up-coming new recipes in The Burning Crusade, is that they're awesome weapons/armor, and the materials to make them take much effort to get. You can work for several weeks to get the materials, and once you get them, it was all worth it and not everyone has access to it, so it stays "rare-ish". How many r2h's are in RS right now? Like 4 million? Lol. Last time I played, the were 45k each, and when I bought my first one, it was 1.5 million...- No post about Ted Haggard yet? Okay then...
Perhaps they dont want to see themselves linked to this guy, perhaps they feel a fool at how they have been decieved?... Yea, exactly. They stand proud and flaunt how awesome their religion and religious figures are and then BAM, this happens and they scatter and hide. That in itself is hypocrisy, but whatever. They're right anyways. God says so. - Violent video game adverts. (Plus, it's Rememberance Day)
