As soon as the war is over, there will be no money for anything. Just like before it started...There was magically no money for it then, either. :P
  2. Wow I used to hate morons like you, when I was at school all I heard was "i'm actually really intelligent I just don't want to do the work". It's people like you that are going to end up cleaning my garbage up, you're not going to get anywhere with that attitude. Want to know why? Because you're really not that intelligent you're lazy and just need an excuse. But I suppose it helps you if you think you have a chance at life. Word. If I could go back to highschool (I *could* technically, but I'd feel dumb, thus community college then Uni is a better option :P) I would absolutely wtfpwn. Straight A's, surely. Like I said, I regret not trying my hardest in school, but I always got my work done and had a B-ish average, so it isn't too bad. I could have done so much better, though.
  3. *Sigh* I want to play Zelda very badly. But spending $250 on a Wii is a total waste for me. None of the other games they have are even any good. BAH!
  4. For most people, if you don't go to college, yes, your life WILL suck. And it's only getting worse with health care costs rising and the fact that not a single one of us will ever see a penny from social security, because Bush drained the funds on his petty war. It's cool that you don't want to work like a drone - I don't either, who DOES? - but you need education to fall back on. For example, everyone I know tells me I should be a comedian. I'd like to, but I lack the motivation to go and do the whole "Hollywood" BS. That stuff would aggravate me. So I know that I need to go to college and plan on working for the rest of my life. Who knows? If I am truely destined, I could branch into comedy during college. Lots of comedians have done that. But I don't PLAN on it. I plan on working like a zombie for the rest of my life. That's how life works. You spend 8+ hours being a zombie, then you go home, eat, sleep and repeat. You say "There HAS to be something you can do to make money without spending your life in college...", and you're right, there is a few things. Very few things. For instance, you could become a famous rapper! But that isn't going to happen...You could invent something! But you won't, because you didn't go to college...See what I'm getting at? The majority of people are forced into the work force. That's why it's called the work force. It isn't voluntary. Noone in their right mind WANTS to work. And if you're already in your first year of highschool, then you DON'T have time to get your act together. Not much, anyways. Colleges look at your Sophmore year and up to see how well you did. As far as I know, they don't really take Freshman year into account, so you got another semester to start gettin' it together, or you'll end up regretting it. You don't understand NOW though why you'll regret it. I didn't either. Everyone tells you you'll regret not trying your best, and you blow them off, then when you're out of school working for $8.50 an hour pay-check to pay-check stuck in a dead-end job, you really, really hate yourself for not trying. (This isn't representative of my life; it's of my sisters, however. I was smart and I've stayed at home and plan on going to college...She struggles to make her payments and always will because it can't get better for her.) I always try to give advice to people who think education isn't very important, because it is. I envy people who were able to realize this BEFORE they were done with highschool, but sadly, I wasn't one of them. My parents failed to stress the importance of it aswell. Afterall, my dad does fine for himself, and he didn't go to college... ...But then again, he works 10 hour days in 100 degree (or 0 degree, depending on the season) heat and cold all year round, and has developed Asthema, bad eye sight and bad hearing from the saw dust in his lungs, staring at Tyvek all day, and the non-stop noise from Saws and Nail guns, respectively. He's a general contractor, if you didn't get it by now, lol. Just trying to help, but I completely understand that you don't think you need it. ;)
  5. You forgot to factor in human greed. People will sell off their item when they get them for a meager profit, and then a smaller group of people will own a majority of the items. Right back to where ya' started.
  6. That isn't time travel, stop saying it. It's cryogenics, a science which has been found to not work (so far), yet people are still doing it. Funny thing about cells...Once you freeze them, they can break and stuff. Might not ever be able to revive the person anyways.
  7. This isn't the Arc Druid I remember! No pink skirt... Hmph. Gratz. :P
  8. Isn't Knightlite the dork who was always protesting against autoing, and at the time (a year - maybe more - ago) I told everyone that "noone would protest THAT much unless they were guilty themselves of it", and he like, would always whine saying he'd never auto? Yea, I'm ALWAYS right.

    http://www.ign.com http://www.gamespot.com Take your pick.
  10. neva played xbox live i c, play against other people and you realise the stratergy's needed to excel in this game It's still a typical "stand in the open and shoot" FPS. Gears of War has moved the bar up for shooters. I dunno' if you've played it, but ducking, diving, and running behind object and popping out to blast some fools away is A LOT more fun than just running out and firing at them while being hit full-force at the same time. It's basically a game of "Who can hit the other person they most FIRST" because you're both hitting eachother at the same time until the other dies. I'll still play Halo 3. Multiplayer is awesome on it, and no, I've never played Xbox Live because it's filled with leet-speak kiddies that will annoy me to no end. Honestly, what's so funny about animation-humping your characters head after you kill them? That's the dumbest thing I've ever seen. Plus, they scream and cry hax. They're losers, lol. However, I want to try it out someday.
  11. Lol. It would be wise of you to get off the moron-train when you get to highschool next year. You'll be bagging groceries for your entire life if you do not. I say this, of course, out of care, not out of making fun of you. I didn't try at all in school (I still got a B-ish average) because I was more concerned with making people laugh and dating girls. Now, I'm paying for it. I always said I would NEVER go to college, but when you get out of HS, you realize that you really need to. So now, knowing that, I have to go to a community college first to study math and science and stuff before I go to an actual University, because if I don't, I'll flunk out and it'll be a waste of time. I decided to go to college 2 years later than everyone else, too, so I'll be 4 years behind. But that's okay. So yea, try harder in school next year. Well, I'd say start this year, but it'll obviously take you some time to get it through your head. Worse yet, you probably will not heed my warnings. Those girls you show off for - you'll never see them again in your life in 4 years. Basketball? Unless you're SUPER GOOD (you're probably not, no offense, I'm sure you're good, but only 1 in every 50,000 people ever go to the pro's), you shouldn't worry much about it. Also, in order to get to the pro's, you have to go to college. If you fail consistently, you won't be going to either. Ignore for a second that there are a few basketball players who were drafted out of highschool...Like I said, they were super good. Most people are not. Trust me, if you listen to my warnings, you'll thank me several years from now. Being "behind" sucks, and currently, you're much further "behind" than I even was.

Indeed, which is a brilliant business decision, until they realize that there is enough oil to last another 100ish years, and by then, they'll be puking up their collapsed lungs from the heat, lol. They have yet to realize this, because all their CEO's are 80 years old and will be dead before any of it happens anyways! So, yea...Why should they care?
  13. I have two Chihuahua's. One is 4-ish years old, the other is like a year+ or something, we just got that one from the kennel because my other Chihuahua, who was like 12 years old, died of heart failure.
  14. Mustang is probably not a wise choice. The insurance on them is usually more than the car payment itself, lol.
  15. Of course I wanted all of them. And like I said, the point still stands - You can make the Bible say anything you want. Edit: And on and on with the Hebrews storytelling and record keeping. The Egyptians kept records JUST AS WELL, if not better than the Jews, and their records say nothing of any plagues or 'nuttin.
  16. Correct, but by doing that does that justify abortions? Personally I don't think any abortion is justified. Then you can take care, personally, with your own life and funds, the products of rape, incest and the like. Have fun.

Could you screenshot it? I'd like to read it. I read a year or so ago that they've been doing this for years now in smaller quantities, but that was probably a conspiracy theory, because nothing was there to back it. :P

Then we're screwed, because none of them care. I think the USA, Australia, and two other countries, I forget which, are the only ones to not sign the Kyoto Protocall, for example. USA is probably the biggest one that needed to, and Bush shot 'er down. Not sure about Australia's importance. I wasn't aware that their Kangaroo-drawn buggies were putting out much CO2. Just kidding. I love the good old kangaroo jokes. But seriously, they're saying now that we have 10 years left before the Earth is too damaged to go back from by any means that we can fulfill, and 10 years just isn't enough time. It's just not. Even if we could get everyone in the world off of Oil (we can't, they won't allow it), it would still take more than 10 years to get everyone on a new source. Basically, we're screwed, but the good news is that we can all sit inside our air conditioned houses and wait 1.7 billion years for Mars to be habitable! :anxious:
  19. They're very annoying. The first two were hilarious, now they're just dumb.
  20. Sooo...Two of his nine quotes may have been taken slightly out of context. Point still stands.
  21. How convenient. Someone out-smarts you and proves you wrong and you say they're quoting out of context. Please, do tell how he's quoting out of context, and how you're magically always quoting IN context. Even if he were taking it out of context, he's still got you. He's proved that you can make the Bible say anything you wish.

I mean street cars in general. From your standard sedan, right up to your multi-million dollar concept cars. Don't get me wrong, I have no real problem with them - I just can't see the enjoyment in them :-? All well and good that some of them can go fast. But how often are they actually going to be going at speeds they are capable of? Just makes no sense sometimes. And I simply won't comment on owners of 4-wheel drives, but have never taken them off road. I can't fathom it either. Speed limit is 65 in most places, but people love these cars that go 200 mph. *Shrug* I like off-road trucks better, but gas is too expensive 'round this way. :P <10MPG = suck.
  23. My cat is fully declawed aswell because he scratched me far too often as a kitten. Now he just bites instead. :P I highly doubt it's like cutting our fingers off at the first knuckle...Probably more like cutting all our finger nails off...Just like humans, cats don't NEED their nails, they just help for certain situations. Especially if it's an inside cat. If it's an outside cat, I'd say don't declaw them, because if a stray cat comes along, he might need them to whoop some [wagon]. But an inside cat uses them for nothing but trouble. :P The only thing my cat can't do that he used to be able to do, is cling for dear life when he falls off something. Now, he just falls off, lands on his feet, and jumps back up...Not a bad trade. Oh, and neuter 'em too. My vet told me I should because one pair of cats and their litter can produce 400,000 cats within 7 years or whatever it was. Damn, lol.
