When you say "that's a small group to cater to" when Jagex has a history of doing so, when it shouldn't be surprising or even worth noting; that's like saying "Oh hey, this beach has some sand in it." You can have your opinion, as I will have mine, as others would have. But in the middle of your sarcastic critique it seemed that the update legitimately surprised you when really, it's commonplace. I regularly say this. I'm not surprised, I find it amusing. It is worth noting, it's worth noting that they still release these updates. If you think it isn't worth noting, then it probably isn't worth your time to argue. Also you seem to have changed your mind, are you now agreeing it doesn't cater to nearly anyone? You also have a straw man argument in there, it's not worth addressing. I hate to argue against you the awesome guy who fixed my computer :/, but I am a clanner. Are you saying Jagex should not release updates for clanners because we are a minority?

I think you're just bad at Zerg. Or maybe I just get bad Terran opponents. When I play random, I typically have no trouble dealing with Terran as Zerg. Sometimes I just get flat-out outplayed, but that happens with every race for me. The game is really more balanced than most people want to admit. Maybe right now it looks like Terran has the edge, but throughout the beta I noticed a similar pattern. At the beginning, it was Mutalisks that were widely regarded as "unstoppable." The Stalker really hasn't changed much. Photon Cannons and Missile Turrets barely changed at all. What it took was people realizing that Missile Turrets costing 100 instead of 75 is OK, because they do better now, and Photon Cannons still do their job, and Stalkers were better than everyone gave them credit for. Then there was proxy reapers - the mathematically impossible to stop build. Which of course isn't true anymore since people realized it's perfectly okay to skip the first Zealot and rush to Cybernetics Core, then chrono-boost out a Stalker seconds after the Reaper arrives. There was a Planetary Fortress Rush phase too. And a phase where Psionic Storm was useless. And a phase where Thors were too big to do their job (in fact, Blizzard shrank them, but, ironically enough, I've frequently seen Thors being used to block up choke points such as an opposing ramp during an attack, a purpose for which a larger Thor would actually be better). A phase where Hellions were useless. The way people play the game changes - people discover new strategies, which in turn, shift the balance of the metagame. [/hide] Try playing as protoss against a bioball :< Damn that stuff is tough to beat, by the time i've teched to collossi, they're all up in my base, killing my guys :( Still trying to find an effective tactic against the bioball. Psy storm, if your micro can keep up try to feedback on the dropships. Merge your templars into archons and if they get close enough there is going to be terrible terrible damage. Archons are actually not that bad.

I am assuming instead of getting double exp, you will only be getting 110% exp instead.

Thunderous is actually a very cool boss, very fitting to be the final guardian of the occult floors.

I'd go with the Range Prayer. Debatable, we have no idea what the drain rate is.

It's possible to kill the corporeal beast without loosing a single LP. It doesn't mean it's plausible :razz: I don't think he is joking, yes if you take RNG into account it is possible, but the way he said it I believe there is some sort of mechanic we did not find out yet.

Not really, the scrolls of life/efficiency are very useful, really though no matter how you look at it this update is certainly not terrible. I think lep is just trolling right now.

Oh? Do you actually LIKE this update? It brought absolutely nothing to the game except 12 more floors which basically just have different graphics. Are you saying you hate it? I honestly cannot comment on it because I have not played it before, the rewards are disappointing to me, I will admit that. However the amount of nerd rage you have just shown in that one post is not proportional to the update. Is a good update according to my friends, but not great, but it is definitely not terrible.

Hell no, there may be new slayer items, and I doubt any of us would mind to see the graphic of the items. Aka just do it >.<
