Of course it did absolutely nothing, even if Jagex manages to shut down the new site again the botters will just build up a new site. What this does however is that it scares away at least some people who are consider botting. More of a scare tactic, there is no way botting will be gone this easily, the best way to stop botting is really to show that they are serious.

I saw a topic on RSOF about Jagex closing down botsites, so I did a google search and they seems to be right. Rsbot.org, one of the biggest bot site is shutdown. You can smith fractite, why not fletch spinebeam? Because it is a member skill, hey you can smith rune but why can't you fletch willow bows? Because the skill is p2p. Basically you are restricted to craft one side of the combat triangle, and restriction is name of the game for f2p. Beggers cannot be choosers.

I work as an intern at a company(won't say the name :P), but my boss took the day off today without telling me so I have absolutely no work to do. So I am just browsing the web, but I am not brave enough to play games on my working computer though XD.

I buy my membership in batches of 6 months and 1 year, RS membership is relatively cheap in terms of MMOs. I quit like randomly for three months and then come back with my membership still on, is all good.
