Banned for naming yourself after a bird. Biology is a branch of science. True, however to say that every high school junior applies scientific jargon would be an insult to science in my opinion. That's like saying "cell" is scientific jargon.

Ah, but you can tell since every time there's posts on these forums that there's been an update, and what it is. :wink: You can also tell by the speed the game loads, so you know to check.

It doesn't bypass the homepage, but you could always bookmark the game with your internet browser (direct link to the game) and open that from your desktop even. That's what I've had for years. :wink: I've never actually seen such advertisements, nor have I seen any advertisements since I started using firefox with adblocker. That said, to be honest I think that the homepage with that huge add didn't look that bad. Wouldn't mind it really, but I quite liked The Sword of Truth series.

Indeed, it annoys me when I see it happening too, and it can lead to awkward and hurtful misunderstandings. To be fair though, it is hard to blame youngsters for not using proper spelling and gramatical constructions in a language that is not their first. If you would, than it is well within their right to demand you produce perfect Dutch, German, Spanish, or whatever their first language may be. Making such remarks got more than a few to try and speak Dutch through online dictionaries, practically forcing me to facepalm while they went about abusing my first language. What is sad though, is that I find myself correcting native speakers of English in their own language more than I care to admit.

As a farmer this annoyed me too; it simply makes no sense for Farming to be Q and Dungeoneering to be F, especially since Farming used to have F. It is beyond me why jagex would see it fitting to have changed this, but I guess we have no choice but to live with it.

@Rosanante1, Player mod muted you, Jmod removed it as it was unjustified. That would be the most logical explanation.
