  1. I think I see where you are getting at here... I mean, theres being loyal to your country, and then theres going overboard. Some people like to claim they live in the best country in the world. Like hell they are, it has its faults. People think they are greater because they live in X instead of Y. Well, that can be reversed.
  2. Let me see if I got this right... Viacom are sueing because of copyrighted material users put onto youtube? Seriously, just get them to remove the content, it would be pretty hard for people to reveiw every video on youtube before making them public, hell it would take alot of staff probably...
  3. All these renewable energy sources can't really be relied on... Can't guarentee you'll always have enough...
  4. Then rant about the entire freaking update. After all, there was no good reason for a graphics overhaul like that.
  5. The whole hammer-on and pull-off system in GH:A pretty much put me off. I swore at it when it wouldn't register my pull-off.
  6. How can it be power stealing when nobody loses theirs when I use them?(And is it really stealing if I would take anothers power but not gain anything?)
  7. Well, yeah used it one way. Though it has to be filtered. I'd say, if you were in dire need with none of your home filtered stuff, just go buy enough to get you either A) Home, or B) Where you are going. So yeah, Vegetable oil is still a good alternative. (Though it will be awhile before we can rely on it completely)
  8. Wheres the fun in being a plain old Chronomancer? Remember, changing one thing could have dire consequences(sp?). I'd either like to be able to manipulate my (and maybe others') genes by thought, hopefully giving me access to any power... Failing that, control over time and space.
  9. Buy a diesel, and with a small inexpensive attachment you can run off vegetable oil. (Hell, I think you can pour it straight in anyway, I can't remember that well) Vegetable oil, fuel of the future.
  10. Hmm, breastfeeding in public... Well, if I was in a high class place, as you were, I think it would be a little disturbing. Some low class place, well it wouldn't bother me as much. Or even in hospitals or such. Really, it would depend on where I am. If I'm in some high class, fancy place, I don't want to see this, though if its a fast food place oor such, then at least the baby is getting better nutrition(sp?) than me...
  11. I actually liked the story. It was a change from the linear shoot the Nazis/Terrorists. Plus the way it developed as you went through was good. The fact you played an invading force at the start, only to change sides and see what you couldn't see due to Nectar was good. Though I can say one bit of text which was particulary violent. It was like an RPG style story in a FPS.
  12. Well, anything over 2 refills is being a bit greedy. If you're that damn thirsty, then drink water, its alot more hydrating. Hell, you should be able to excercise control. If its an all you can eat, then don't eat til you puke, eat enough so you don't feel like crap and want to puke.
  13. Aerosmith? Its out. My mate has it.
  14. Well, you're judging by reveiws and demos. Right now there is a "standard". Haze is fairly simple, and the visuals are good enough. Some lack of content (I.E maps), however its a very good game otherwise. Less weapons than alot so you get to know each weapons merits alot easier. Fairly simple to pick up and play, and good online.
  15. what gives YOU the right to come to someones SHOP, and when you get told something to call them a noob. if anyone is the noob its you. be more polite He has a point. This loser is charging RS GP for his work. As my understanding. This is a form of RWT, which is against Jagex, and therefore Tip.It's rules. I say a smacking with a very wet noodle is in order.
  16. Well, as I am, I saw my mate finish it, and desire to play was pretty much nil. When my Ps3 busted up (he was playing on mine) I never replaced this game, or any I had (package deal). Its good for awhile but barely any replay value. Good game, in a package deal, though unless you love doing the same thing over again the same way. Overall its low on the purchase list, I'd recommend Assassin's Creed, or (exclusive-wise) Haze. Who doesn't want the chance to be a doped up super soldier, or a weapon stealing, ammo scavenging Rebel, able to easily cause ODs from a non-lethal grenade? And weapon-wise, its less complex.
  17. Guitar Hero: Indie? Could be possible one day, maybe. Focusing on a genre gives more selection than a band.

Where I am it is anyway. It's pretty much like that all over Ireland and the UK. Not everyone smokes and drinks underage. I have no desire to drink anyway. My parents would let me drink infront of them, I guess since it isn't a completely banned substence, teenage rebellion doesn't need to kick in. I have enough freedom, plus, well, alot of alcohols leave an aftertaste in my mouth, which I hate.
  19. Well, this is regarding 1 night stands. Sure, if you are single, then by all means, go ahead, just not all the time. Just make sure to get regularly checked for STDs. However, if you are married, then its a big no-no. Unless you are completely hammered, though you shouldn't do it, alcohol gives you bad judgement and well, you'll think less, but I'm not saying its an excuse to have 1 night stands when married. And Kranked, I think he is in his own strange way.
  20. Actually, Quiznos beat the [bleep] out of Subway ;). Dude Subway poops on top of Quiznos, then throws a bitta meatball marinara and spciy italian subs into the mix, then forces Quiznos to eat it, that's how much Subway owns  Subway sucks. Heck, I've only had it once, and compared to another place (thats closer to me), it was complete crap. The bread was too soft, the meat was crap, I didn't even finish it! Hell, I only got it since I got it free with a drink. Never again, I wouldn't even have it if someone else was paying, I'm not wasting their money on something I won't even finish. Seriously, I can't see how some people can stand eating at Subway. (and I swear I saw some of the ingredients mixing)
  21. Yeah, because we're all out to get each other. Face it, they just want to cause mass spam wars between the clan chats. Hell, we once had the same person spamming both Lightning and another fansites claiming to be from either one depending on which chat. Face it, you just take their word for it, a child of 5 could see through what they are doing...

  23. Looks like they have learned. Not everyone can afford a Ps3, and many Ps3 owners actually keep their Ps2s. Though its mainly because of the damn 40 gig model without backwards compatability. Though I'd keep mine anyway, it has a screen attachment that I got for it, great for alot of stuff.

Heh, Finland doesn't even have it THAT bad. Turkey: $13 per gallon. You'd think that by geographical association, they'd have cheap oil and thus cheap petrol, but they don't. Seriously, if gas cost as much in the USA as it did in Turkey, the vast majority of american society would collapse overnight. Almost EVERYTHING in society relies on petrol availability at affordable prices. If gas prices rose that high, more people would be buying a diesel car and filling it with vegetable oil or such. (and even that has rose because people are doing that, over here it was about £4 for 6 litres, now a 3 litre bottle can cost around £3.50)
  25. Well, it could depend on what attracts them. Since this started over the internet, I'd say personality. For all we know, this kid lied about his age (at first). Though when and if she found out, she should have put a stop to it. But then again, he could have told the truth about his age, and she couldn't care. Then again, she could be a predator, however the whole thing that she actually met the mother and never abducted him (though that could have been her intention), showed that the boy was willing, (read the innappropiate pictures part), or just completely stupid. From my point of veiw, all parties are to blame.
