ok i plan to get 85 smithing to superheat rune ore mats ( 12660gp ) to rune bars ( 130gp) I am going to spend 20M to get it.. I am F2P is it worth it? is it good $$ per hour? is Supplys and demand good? yeah.. i just need advise

so i should buy Limps at maybe 300 ea? Anyways are big bones easy to buy at 300 and sell at 450? coz i dont want the situation where i bought 300k fires and its so hard to sell.... lol Also how do i merchant treasure trails items?
