28 charges for 1 saphire is plenty. I often don't even keep saphires, and I have over 100 in my bank. Also, what else are you going to use you're saphire on? Magic ammy? Maybe a few. Ring of Recoil? Also maybe a few. Game Amulet? 10-20...IMO this gives the saphire ring even more of a use. Tele tabs are the [cabbage], and now getting clay will be so much easier. the advantage is that bracelets will give more xp then recoils, but you can sell recoils to pkers for 1k each, so I think it'll be more worth it to turn them into rings for now ;) after all how much does soft clay cost ? soft clay is around 300ea

Yep but it gives negative magic so i dont see the point. Reduces stab slash and crush ya but if u were hitting some1 with the staff you could still hit higher

well so does the fury But the fury is good for magic, defense, range, attack, and strength. The fury is alot more helpful as an all-around ammy, and isn't obby-specific either. In my opinion, the necklace doesnt even come close to touching the all around value of a fury, unless Jagex releases an awesome obby weapon that everyone would use. yes true but all dark was talking about is cost.. so if you can afford a fury he can afford a necklace =/

but... isn't that mainly because a dagger is faster than a scimitar? if i read your post correctly, i would assume you didn't hit harder, but more often. which would be a result of weapon speed as the obsidian setup is geared toward strength, not accuracy. or am i missing something here? :-k as he said.. he hit the same max with the dagger as he did d scimmy. nomally with out the necklace he wouldnt have hit anywhere near the same..

okay so i was charging my d rings and necklaces when i realized the use and rub options are in different spots =/ the ring is different than both ammys and necklaces
