  6. Why cant you just accept my opinion instead of arguing with me about this? I belive that Firefox is better than Opera for me and my needs. I dont feel that i should have to take a screenshot of my computer to justify my opinion but I will if necessery. As for the speed of firefox, i've always found FF to be much faster than Opera with much more visible space (partly due to the windows everywhere)
  7. The problem with IE is that it tends to accept naughty files that mess with my pc if i go on my favourite "entertainment" sites ;)
  8. The otherday you posted a screenshot of how nice and clean your browser look in #darkwebz. Unfortunatly my "out of the box" copy of Opera is littered with millions of tiny windows and panels with miles long menus. As for extensions, I find that a pro point that I only need install the things that I want. I guess its like the socialis vs capitalist argument. the socialist argues that trade is bad because "its supply and demand!". The capitalist argues that "Its supply and demand tho!" mmmm :-/ Hard to understand but basicly your anti argument is my pro.
  9. I have a copy of the latest version of Opera which I use for dev purposes but i dont use it for browsing. I dont like the adverts on there and i know that you can p[ay to remove them or get rid of them by "alternate" means but thats beside the point. In my opinion its also very bloated. It takes a lot of customising to remove the features you dont want and configure it to your tastes. Ive heard all the prons and cons millions of times but in my experience (thats whats what counts) Firefox is better so I wont be using Opera in the forseable future.
  10. How original.... how much u willing to shell out?
  11. Nope sorry. Once you save something you lose all the undo points.

No just jumping. No shutes or nets or mats. Just jumping from buildings and walls and stuff. lol. Hard to explain without seeing http://www.urbanfreeflow.com/
  13. Could be a messed up cookie. clear the cache, temp inet files and cookies and then restart. Should be fine then
  14. Theres actually some huge flaws in the film, such as Triple H actually using his signature wrestling move during a fight, the archery training area measuring the lasses shots in FPS...in one scene there's even a crotch shot which implies that blade gets a hard-on from injecting blood into himself  I liked Blade 2, was an okay movie, until the end where they activated the "UV-Ray bomb" in the sewers. Call me ignorant, but I thought UV rays could only go one direction? Unless of course those sewers were made of mirrors... Light reflects off pretty much any surface ;)
  15. They could all have been avoided Rick. But I wasnt there so I cant feel the tension and stress the police did. Hindsight is wonderful, its just a shame its never there in the moment when its needed most.

Then thats bad coding by the author not Firefox. Other people arnt going to switch just to see his site. :-/ I say you'd have been much better off downloading an extension such as this one, it lets you right click any link and open it in IE (you can also make a list of websites that will always appear in IE too). theres also one to go the otherway round ;) FirefoxView for IE :P
  17. The eyes remind me of garfield.
  18. PC world tests are always bias to their advertisers. I dont see how they put Spybot S&D at only 54% detection rate. Thats rubbish. I have never had any major problems with Spybot or Ad-aware and i use HijackThis sor any leftovers. Plus they are free. If you want to block BHO's then you can install SpywareGuard or SpywareBlaster free from http://www.javacoolsoftware.com
  19. From Adobe Acrobat go to File > Export > Extract images as > PNG
  20. Post a HijackThis log on this thread. You have some kind of spyware running.
  21. goku_nazz: I have done a little research onto our "Stupid British police" and found only 5 counts of accidental shooting since 1983. I will try and give a few details about each incident. 14 Jan 1983: Stephen Waldorf, Kensington, west London Mr Waldorf was shot five times after being fired at by police officers who were on the trail of a dangerous escaped prisoner called David Martin. The confusion apparently arose because police mistook Mr Waldorf for Mr Martin, partly because they both had long hair and partly because Mr Waldorf was accompanied by Mr Martin's girlfriend Sue Stephens. 15 Jan 1998: James Ashley, St Leonards, East Sussex I don't really know much about this case apart from that the three senior police officers were cleared in 2001 of any wrongdoing in the raid. 22 Sep 1999: Harry Stanley, Hackney, east London Harry Stanley was walking home with a table leg in a plastic bag and was again ordered to stop. Aparently he then lifted up the bag and went to open it and officers belived it to be a shotgun. July 2001: Derek Bennett, Brixton, south London He was seen brandishing a cigarette lighter shaped like a gun. 21 July 2005: Jean Charles de Menezes, Stockwell, London Jean Charles de Menezes leaves a house under surveillance and arrives at Stockwell station. Witnesses say he vaults the automatic ticket barriers and heads for the platforms. He then ran down an escalator after being approached by up to 20 plain-clothed police officers and tried to board a train. He apparently refuses to obey police instructions and after running onto a northbound Northern line train, he is shot dead. As unfortunate as it was for an innocent to lose their life you can see that the police acted in a reasonable way. Sir Ian Blair (MET Commissioner) said to the press the other day that there was "no point" shooting a suspect in the chest as that is where a bomb would most likely be and it would detonate. Nor could you Taser a suspect for fear of detonating the bomb. The former Met Police Commissioner has sent teams to Israel and other countries hit by suicide bombers to see how they tacle the issue and found the horrible truth that the only way to stop a suicide bomber was to "destroy his brain instantly, utterly" to prevent a dying bomber activating a device. Perhaps you would like me to do some research into your country's police mistakes. They dont happen very often over here, are you so confident in your own police force?
  22. If a copper with a gun shouts to me "stop or we'll shoot" the last thing on my mind would be to run. The police were not "stupid" at all and were doing what they are trained to do. The police can only "shoot to kill" on a suspected terrorist so its not like in america where ppl are getting shot all over the place daily.
  23. Log File 2 I am presuming you have already scanned with Ad-aware and Spybot S&D as asked in the stickies before you post a HijackThis log. Also please move or save the Hijackthis.ee file to a perminant location. you currently have it opened from archive in C:\DOCUME~1\Eric\LOCALS~1\Temp\Rar$EX08.719\HijackThis[Caution: ExecutableFile]. Note that backups will not be created unless it is unziped to a perminant location. for example C:\Program Files\HJT\HijackThis[Caution: ExecutableFile] Check to "fix" the following items: O2 - BHO: SS SS Plugin - {1D1B2879-99FF-11E3-8D96-D7ACAC95952A} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\bpkwb.dll (file missing) O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [csrs] C:\WINDOWS\system32\csrs[Caution: ExecutableFile] Scan with AV again please this file is a virus O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [win_spool2] C:\WINDOWS\System32\win_spool2[Caution: ExecutableFile] This must be removed immediatly, it is a variant of SCKeylog/BPK. Remove all those, run RapidBlaster Killer, do a full scan of your pc with the latest virus updates and then post a fresh log making sure to note it is Log File 2
  24. Log File 1 I don't seem to see any Anti virus or a firewall. These programs are a necessity for the protection and security of your computer. Check the stickies for lists of software (free and pay) that you can download to protect you. I am presuming you have already scanned with Ad-aware and Spybot S&D as asked in the stickies before you post a HijackThis log. Also please move or save the Hijackthis.ee file to a perminant location. you currently have it saved in C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Desktop\New Folder (3)\HijackThis[Caution: ExecutableFile].
