I think she is pretty but thats besides the point. She is a dreadful singer. My parents have had the (mis)fortune of seeing her sing live (New Years celebrations in New York) and she was awful. Out of tune, out of sync. She was the worst singer my parents have ever seen. Covering songs isnt a new concept however and theres no point moaning about it too much. Scissor sisters released a dire version of Comfortably Numb by Pink Floyd but im not crying about it.

I didn't notice anything really bad apart from a few unneccesaries but its worth scanning with Ad-aware and Spybot S&D just to be safe. After you have done all that download the latest version of HijackThis v1.99.1 and post a fresh log.

Mmm hard drive failure :-/ You've pretty much tried everything i can think of. If it cant be read as a secondary drive/slave then theres not much else you can do. Its very likely dead. One thing you could try is flashing the BIOS on your motherboard. Check to see if theres any updated drivers for the hard drive you are trying to get to work. Have you tried doing a repair installation? Booting from the Windows CD? You could try a Data Recovery service as a last resort but like the people in the shop said, they aint cheap. :( Maybe this free software can work for you? http://www.ontrack.com/freesoftware/

In case you havnt done so scan with Ad-aware, Spybot S&D and scan and post a HijackThis lol in this thread and one of us will take a look for you to make sure you're clean.

Mine sometimes does it at work and when i look at the mouse theres a tiny hair thats gotton next to the laser thing. Just give it a good blow to clear out the dust/hair and consider getting a glass mouse mat or something.

Eddie Izzard and Jonathon Dimbleby made appearances and spoke for a little while and there was a suprise when Texas came on stage and did a few songs. Overall it was a great day with about 225k of us protesting all wearing white. We made a ring around the city that lasted from about 12noon until 7pm :D Lets hope it proved to the G8 that we wont stand back and listen to promises any more. We want action! Edit: To repond to the person who was on about cancelling the debt. The poorest coun tries have these debts and are constantly trying to pay them back but they cant. The interest keeps getting higher and higher. They have paid off the debts many many times over to the richer countries yet the debt is still there because of the interest. In the UK this is known as Loan Sharking. Its illegal in this country so why is it allowed to go on when its anoyher country paying? Drop the Debt!
