No, I agree that a bunch of the answers given so far have been stupid. You yourself said: ...which is basically the same as saying that it's a stupid answer, since it doesn't answer the question. Political state isn't the same thing as political party, so you can't answer with undecided, democratic, green, etc. :P

The person clicks a couple of spaces away, then decides to perform some action, such as alching something or cutting a gem. Animations for certain actions cause your character to stop temporarily, even though your character still reaches its target in the same amount of time it normally would. So to make up for the stop, your character rushes toward the spot you selected.

Strength. You'll also need a bunch of equipment to raise your strength bonus. Stuff you really wouldn't want to carry into the wildy. I think cannon might be able to hit a 30 if your range level is high enough, but I'm not sure...it doesn't really matter anyway since you can't use cannons on players :P

Technically you could get it to hit up to 30 if you cast charge first (which is available at lvl 80), but otherwise no.

The problem with that is that it takes incredibly long and is worse than iron in terms of cash and exp. Once you reach level 55 mining, you can mine iron in one hit. In my experience, that pretty much allows you to mine and bank one load every 5 minutes. At level 84 mining (dwarven stouts :thumbsup: ), I can expect to mine and bank one load of coal every 10 minutes at best and every 20 minutes at worst. That means that under the best conditions, I can get two iron ores in the same time it takes to get one coal. Every iron ore gives you 35 exp, for a total of 70 exp in the same amount of time it takes to get 50 exp from one coal. Plus, you can expect to sell iron ore for 100 each minimum while coal goes for 200 each maximum. So if you need coal, don't mine it :)

Not in f2p, no. In p2p, you can make blurite crossbows and blurite bolts, which can be tipped with jade and enchanted to have a chance of knocking your opponent to the ground.

Because urochrome (a chemical in urine) absorbs light of all other wavelengths. Yellow is not absorbed and gets reflected to your eyes. Sometimes you get straw-colored urine while other times it's amber. It all depends on the concentration :D How is it that people approve of PKers who kill rune miners, yet they look down upon PJers? (PJers are people who watch one-on-one wilderness duels and kill the winner) Both the rune miner and the PJer victim are in no condition to fight back and both work hard to get their items only to be killed...

Any elemental staff gives you +10 magic atk bonus. Green d'hide vambs give you -10 magic atk bonus. The two cancel each other out and you get unlimited runes :D

You can get iron in one hit at either lvl 50 or 55 (I forget which #-o ) Afterwards, it's pretty much the same rate for getting the ores. You always have to swing multiple times if you get a gem, though in some cases (and by some cases I mean one in several thousand rocks), an iron rock takes multiple swings to get the ore.

I don't really see how that's better...fire strike gives you up to 19.5 magic exp per spell while curse guaruntees you 29 exp per spell, whether the spell fails or not. Not to mention the fact that the runes for curse are generally much cheaper than those for fire strike. Fire strike does have advantages in the fact that you can get monster drops and hp exp and that there's much less clicking, but looking entirely at magic exp...

I think the ranging level would actually provide some advantage if you were to switch. I mean, if you were to raise it to 40, you could wear green dragonhide chaps and vambs (which are pretty much better than iron in all respects except cost...which I hope shouldn't be an issue :-s ), and even now you can wear studded chaps (which have slightly higher def bonuses than iron legs) Plus, like someone else said, if you get your str and atk levels are high enough, your ranged level doesn't factor into your combat level. Also, you might wanna train magic a bit (if you are terrified of hp, you can do quests and train with curse spells) so that you can bind your targets and have some resistance to magic :)
