Underage pregnancies
A two hour presentation on how to use a condom would be cheaper for the state than 18 years of welfare support.

Underage pregnancies
Holland has the lowest teen pregnancy rates in the western world, and all kids get sex ed in the first or year of high school (12-13 years old), including hygiene, anticonception and STDs. I think we might be on to something here :-k

Problems connecting new computer to the net
I already said that I disabled all firewall software, the network card came from my old computer and the router also connects the rest of my family's computer. Both were working fine this afternoon, so I'm fairly sure that's not the problem...

NIGHTWISH!
Actually, there is a lot of meaning behind the Wishmaster lyrics. It's a tribute by Tuomas to the fantasy novels that inspired him. The lyrics contain references to The Lord of the Rings (Elbereth and Lorien) and to the DragonLance novels (Sla-Mori, meaning secret path; Starbreeze, last name of Princess Alhana of the Silvanesti elves; Silvara, the name of a silver dragon; and Shalafi, meaning referring to one of the main characters from the novels).

RIP Bob Orton Sr.
Yeah, if they weren't already planning to have Hogan put Randy over, they probably will now. At the very least they'll extend the air time on the match or have some sort of memorial service beforehand.

The Heat
I have to deliver mail in two neighbourhoods from tuesday to friday. I start at 11am, and depending on the amount of mail I'm done between 1pm and 4pm. It's very important that you keep drinking water (I always bring two litres along and refill my bottles at my house, which is about half way on my route). Also, alcohol and caffeine can cause dehydration so you'll want to be careful with that too. Before or after work, you should eat something salty, like crisps or soup, because you lose a lot of salt due to sweat.

WWE!
Depends on your definition of fake... it's true that the outcome of matches is predetermined by storyline writers. However, wrestlers are still athletes that have to train hard to keep their bodies in shape, and the risk of painful injuries is very real... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mick_Foley Wrestling is fake in the sense that the outcome of matches is predetermined, but it's real in the sense that athletes have to train to develop their skills, and that they really are putting their body on the line when they perform stunts like getting slammed through furniture or thrown onto concrete floors.

Problems connecting new computer to the net
I'm having problem connecting my new computer to the internet through our router. The only software so far that can make a connection is Internet Explorer. mIrc, Firefox and other programs can't connect. I have a no-name brand network card and router, and at the moment I have no firewall enabled. When I try to ping any IP other than 127.0.0.1 through the command prompt I get no response.

RIP Bob Orton Sr.
Really sad that he passed away with his grandson only weeks away from what's possibly the greatest match in his career so far. I wonder if Randy's match with Hogan at Summerslam will be affected by this.

Dilemma; what to buy?
I'd pick the DS, but I'm not a movie fan. I really think you have enough special DVD collectors items already though :-k

Where do you stand?
Absurd. It doesn't work if you keep taking the test over and over trying to be more idealist than the idealists. I don't have to defend my views against you. People that do know me in real life will confirm that I don't have to "try" to get that result and that I am a member of the Dutch Socialist Party.So... how many times did you take the test?Once.

Who ARE you?
and by experiance life to the fullest i didn't mean musically, i mean you need to open your fking eyes and take a look at what else is out their in the world, you ignorant scum. TY for your time if you had the intelligence to understand this post =D> I have the intelligence to understand that a high school freshman has no right to tell me that I'm not living life in the fullest. Listening to something nobody heard of does not make you cool. Calling people ignorant scum for disagreeing with you definiately does not make you cool, no matter how often you tell yourself that it does. You accuse others of being close minded and/or ignorant, yet the entire content of your posts in this thread can be compressed into a short list: [*:3egwob8s]I listen to bands nobody ever heard of. This makes me cool. [*:3egwob8s]If somebody has at any point heard of such a band, that band is off my cool list. [*:3egwob8s]Anybody who listens to bands that other people have heard of is not cool. [*:3egwob8s]Anybody who doesn't agree with me is not cool. [*:3egwob8s]People who aren't cool can be insulted freely, because I say they are ignorant and closeminded. [*:3egwob8s]In my 14 years on this earth, I have developed the wisdom required to determine how one can live one's life to the fullest. This wisdom also allows me to yell at people who aren't living life to the fullest.I'd like to ask you to stop insulting my friends and myself now.

They're highly entertaining indeed. It takes a rare kind of genious to find so many ways to thrash a caravan while still talking somewhat sensibly about cars.

Evolution
Better nutrition and healthcare, mostly, the only thing genetic about length is potential length. If your dad is seven feet tall you can still end up two feet shorter than him if you're chronically malnourished during childhood or have some sort of major infection.

I love the 90's.
Although those were mostly aimed at an American public, I still recognized some of them. Oddly enough I remember watching the results of Clinton's (first) election with my dad, but not the death of Tupac :P

- Who ARE you?
Appearantly the quality of the music you listen to is inversely proportional to the amount of money that's made of it :-k- Epic Songs
Don't forget The Power of One... if you're going for length anyway...- Playing with the mouse.
I occasionally try to draw lines with the box. When you do it *just* right, the grey pixels dissapear entirely :o- Evolution

:uhh: What are you on about exactly? I have read that post three times now, and except for the whole "science = religion" point you're rambling about I can't seem to make any sense of it. Science is in absolutely no way like religion. While they haven't been proven to be mutually exclusive (yet), they are fundamentally different from each other.- NIGHTWISH!
Depends on what you'd call hard I guess, but there's not much soft about songs like Devil and the Deep Dark Ocean, Romanticide or Dark Chest of Wonders.- Evolution
