Yes, and some players will think it looks like a Nazi salute, so it will be changed back to normal within a week.

Here one of my ships got nerfed because it would take 11,000 years game time to gather all the material to build it, and everyone else is practically ignoring the issue of obtaining resources.

Cost of Prayer and Herblore
I have 72 prayer and 64 herblore. How much would it cost to get 92 prayer (Soul Split) and then 95 prayer (Turmoil)? Also, how much would it cost to get my herblore level up to 96 for overload potions?

It could be Eastern Lands. A lot of Eastern people eat fish, hence the 'extra fishy' bit.

The rarest rare!
I think the Warship on RS2 accounts is the rarest of all the rares. It isn't tradeable, though.

Isn't aerogel better than tungsten? You can put crayons on top of a thing sheet of aerogel and put a blow torch to the bottom of it, and the crayons won't melt...

Ah. I see. I thought you meant that you were raising your alert level in response to Ross, but Ross wouldn't even know about you mobilising your fleet, so he wouldn't be able to raise his level.

Giving Friends Gifts
I thought about telling him about the max trade limit every 15 minutes trick, but I doubt he'd want to stay on that much, lol. What's the fastest way to make junk?

Why have you warned us to raise our security alert level? We have not detected anything approaching our sector. What have you to fear, comrades? Signed George VII Emperor of Britannia ---------- I'd like to add that unless you're on Earth and the troop movement is occurring on Earth as well, you probably wouldn't suspect anything. There are lightyears of space between most empires now, so people are pretty much ignorant about what's going on with the other empire...

Giving Friends Gifts
Okay, a friend quit and is trying to figure out how to give me 100m, but we can't figure that out after all the trade limits.

Well then, you don't know Dusty that well, do you? ;) He's Machiavellian. He does what he has to do, even if it means backstabbing allies.

There are thousands of miles between the war games and your mining colonies, but okay.

It is, but I have a large chunk of that planet as well, and it has an extremely small population. In fact, I only ever remember conducting military research on that planet, and that was the Edinburgh Project.

It's simple. The Britannic Federation would anger the Lichtes by mindlessly slaughtering them; they are a living thing, thus they have a soul. These machines from Aether, however, have no soul, and they were designed explicitly for target practise. No one is offended. Plus, machines are faster and are more worthwhile to train on, since they offer a greater challenge. ---- Space-battlefield napalm bombing has been practised in uninhabited areas on the desert world in Kajea.

Perhaps, but we are trying to simulate the battlefield as much as possible to make it realistic. Without all the casualties, of course.
