If that's true, then I'd like my diplomats to talk to the UK about annexing Britain into the Kingdom of Eire, which would accomplish my long-term goal of the reunification of Ireland and my other, but shorter-term goal of establishing peace in the region and preventing unnecessary deaths brought on by the IRA. if that's not true, then I'll just continue with my peace-talks.

It's a name that I actually kinda like, even now, because of how used I am to it. I might experiment with the name changing system when it comes out, as long as it's reversible. If it's not, I'll just stick to my current screen name.

I am currently building up my army for security reasons. I am also sending a diplomat to the UK to talk about peace-keeping and preventing deaths caused by the IRA.

Oohhhh hey. Yeah thats pretty much exactly how I do it, only I always switch between the Alchemy and Teleportation spells on the lvl 99 Anvil. I fail at Range though, never broken 900 points on it. Agility I've gotten over a 1000 but never over 1200... and Magic I've scored over 1200 both times haha. Got three pieces of Circus clothes the other day. Tightrope top from Ranged, Clown bottoms from Agility, and Ringmaster shirt from Magic. I got the Hat and Shirt now, gonna keep trying till I have the whole set. Haven't started any of my goals really, done a bit of Stealing Creation for some Sacred Pickaxes to reduce the Mining load, and been Fishing some Monks. You should join us at "Fast Sc". It's a non-combat SC clan with some simple rules like wielding a bow without arrows and not wearing armour or doing anything to hinder others from getting to clay (barriers). A lot of people are nice there, although we occasionally have a PKer (they usually kind of suck at it anyway) or someone that acts like a jerk. We meet at world 114 and use "Fast sc" for the games; we've also been using a new system for reducing the odds of players getting PKed (5 man team vs everyone else) and have had some success. You should try us out if you wanna. :P

Pretty much everything. I have a tendency to be distracted a lot because I get lost in my thoughts. I might mule over the mechanics of society or think about science-related stuff. I might also think about what my future may hold or why that guy sitting on the left is such a [puncture]. I also think a lot while walking, which can sometimes cause me to almost walk into people or not notice something. To be perfectly honest, I have a tendency to think that I'm dumb if I don't constantly think, which of course can make it harder for me to relax or fall asleep. I guess I just enjoy thinking.

Okay. RPG, do you think you could explain how to set up a military and national capital, as well as how to build infrastructure/declare war/annex new territory? I've read the basics on the first page, but I still don't know how to play this game other than seeing people post things about biological warfare and such. As of right now, I need to get off. -.-

The Confederacy is the majoity of Europe, excluding Germany (sort of, it's complicated), and the Norwegian area. The rules include free trade and non-aggression pact towards other European Nations in the Confederacy. We will also supply any mlitary support if you ever find yourself being attacked. I'll join. Magic's always easy, same with the range one (for me anyways). I have trouble with agility, though. It's just easier if I do different emotes between each move and try to cast a different spell (99 stunt)/ alternate between the target and ducks (99 spot) / alternate between juggling (99 stunt) and an acrobatic stunt (level 99). Not trying to kill the fun or anything, but couldn't someone just build one of those theoretical "Rods from God" and use those as substitutes for nuclear arms? It's kinetic, not nuclear. They could hypothetically still be used as strategic weapons of mass destruction, like a major virus.

Yeah, look at the live-action for Death Note (Japanese did the movie, but it was low-budgeted to hell). Then look at the DBZ live-action. It was nothing like the series.

Most of the time, you have to commit a crime to even join a gang. Thus, in general, most gang members are criminals and should be treated as such. I agree, just making laws outlawing certain groups could be potentially dangerous. If a group of kids are together outside, the police could use the law as a basis for assuming that the kids are gangsters and arresting them, when, in reality, they could actually just be a group of teenagers traveling to a ball game. The next question will be interesting. How do people who are afraid of potential thought-crime laws feel about hate-crime laws?

The September 11 Attacks will be remembered, as well as the London Bombings (probably not going to be considered as "major", but it will definitely be mentioned). The Bush era will be written in a more positive manner than people recall it now, but it will mention how the recession and increased anti-American tensions will be linked to his presidency (as well as the waterboarding techniques for interrogation at Guantanamo Bay). It will also mention how Bush and Cheney basically ruined the image of the Republican Party in the public's eyes and the successful election campaign of Barack Hussein Obama. It will definitely mention how he was the first *half* Black president elected in the United States and make it out to be some glorious achievement. If Obama's presidency doesn't accomplish what it hoped to do, then I suspect that he will lose the next election and the textbooks will mention his shortcomings and public disappointment. Later on, it will probably mention tensions between China and the United States (and almost definitely Russia) as they become rivals (China becomes more hostile as its overpopulation continues and the trade between the two super-powers becomes soured). Once the oil reserves are depleted (the US government will brutally go after oil in Alaska as it becomes desperate for oil) tensions will significantly increase between the West and the Middle East (specifically Saudi Arabia). Over time, you'll see the world atlas change. Canada and the United States might eventually get closer together and perhaps talk about joining the Union (unless of course unbridled immigration doesn't completely put the European-American population in the minority and cause severe cultural changes that basically make America not the same United States that it used to be, more like just a geographical location). You might see the weakening and eventual collapse of the United Nations and see more organizations like the European Union spring up, effectively replacing the outdated UN. You will most definitely see wars and tensions between superpowers as one powerful nation bullies another one around for resources (much like the Russian invasion of Georgia). As far as technology goes, it'll become much more complex. Nanotechnology will make huge leaps and bounds. A team of astronauts will be sent to Mars. WMDs will become "cleaner" (as in radiation will become less and less of a threat to untargeted areas, but the weapons themselves will also become much more powerful). In an act of trying to reduce pollution, automobiles will emit less fumes. Alternative fuels will be used in place of gasoline. Laws will be enacted that make it mandatory for cities to build more mono-rail/subway systems (as well as increased use of buses). Trains will become more popular in the United States (though most likely not to the magnitude that it was during the 1800s) as it provides an expedient and cheap service to civilians. The new train system will be similar to the ones used throughout Europe. (This is all just a guess of what could happen.)

I don't think anything will happen, just like most normal people believe. Only really superstitious people would believe that the world will end on a date that might have (or might not have) been predicted by an ancient culture to be the "End of All Days". I think perhaps a few people will commit suicide (just like the classic George Orwell public radio broadcast of "The War of the Worlds" decades ago), but people will be like "And they said the world would end? Haha, bloody fools" and move on. It will be just like past "End-Times" theories that existed centuries or even a few years ago. If anything happened, it wouldn't really matter anyway; we'd all be dead.
