It also allows the government to more easily spy on your personal electronic information, I believe. Either way, it's a BS act and I hope it dies.

Couldn't this guy technically apply for citizenship and no longer be an "international student?" Would probably be a pain in the [wagon] because I'm not sure how the UK does citizenship, but it beats paying 10,000 pound in tuition.

That's cool. I would definitely go to the UK if you could find a good college. It would get you out of the US for a while and allow you to enjoy another country. :thumbup: The only problem with that is the moving expenses and the fact that it may be hard to bring your stuff.

I would just keep it then. You probably won't mind playing in standard detail.

I'm not really sure about HP. My dad has an old HP laptop from 2003 and back then we thought it was good. If you're wanting a laptop, I would go ahead and save a little bit more on it, instead of buying a "cheap" one. I would probably stay away from a Dell, though. They seem to have poor service and sell poorly-manufactured products.

Dells are notoriously cheaply made. I have an Inspiron 1525 and I can play HD, but it lags. I usually stick with standard graphics. I heard you could reduce lag by using task manager and going to processes and setting the browser and Java priority to high. However, it is not advisable to do that without the assistance of someone that knows what they're doing. No, I haven't tried the task manager thing myself.

Prayer potions have been skyrocketing for the past few days, literally rising 200-500GP a day. I believe that some clan is merchanting them, so should I hoard the potions now to keep from spending lot more than I have to, or will they eventually crash?

I personally prefer the slash bonuses of the warriors ring over the berserker ring. Plus, the warriors ring is about 100k, whereas the berserker ring is about 1.8M.

You could benefit the herblore industry and make some super pots and/or prayer potions.

I wouldn't be in a rush to get them, unless you want the level now. If that's the case, go for it.
