I've been working on this as a side goal during my ultimate goal of maxing melee stats. The only melee stat that I have left is defence, which I am currently 830k from getting level 99. I should be finished by this weekend. :D

By manipulating people like this, BB could never lose, and Oceania would be an eternal empire and eventually overthrow Eurasia and Southeast Asia (or possibly continue into eternal war in order to manipulate their citizens).[/hide]

This is why I'm suspicious every time that someone asks about reporting "bots". You have idiots like this guy running around reporting someone because they don't reply to one line of text. The guy that reported this level 138 was level 133, so apparently they come in all shapes and sizes. After google searching this guy, he appears to be members of very shifty sites, such as one that advertised selling stolen accounts. If it feels necessary, a player mod might want to log into world 52 (Piscatoris Colony fishing area) and monitor this guy for a while in case he really is trying to false report everyone he sees.

I don't see the big deal on Jagex's part. I am almost 100% positive that they said that SK was legal to use because it gives no advantage. Jagex is even planning to create similar tools that SK has themselves. And since when should they care about "security breaches"? It doesn't affect Jagex as a company, just the players who made the mistake of downloading malicious software. This will be interesting.

I was going to Europe this summer, but it turned out to be ridiculously expensive. Instead, I'm going to Indiana and possibly the Great Lakes.

It probably won't be the same game. If they put RS on consoles, it'll most likely be a different version with altered game play. The graphics would be much better at least.

How do I find out if my wireless operates on 2.4GHz? And how do you set it to Wireless N?

There isn't the same amount of bots as there used to be, so be careful if you wanna report someone. A lot of innocent skillers get caught up in the mix and they get banned. The only bots I would report would be autotypers. Those are more obvious. And yes, bots get banned, along with hundreds of innocent players.

But what's the reward for capturing them? If there is none than you might as well catch Chinchompas as they're also profitable. Or, if you're too low for that, [bleep]y kebbits or salamanders. We don't know yet, there may be a reward once you catch a high number, not every penguin you catch there is a KPG member, i got 5 in about 3k exp. I think someone posted a link to a guide about the penguin hunter area. The experience is supposed to be like 200-250 each.

I've been using my wifi to connect to my internet at home, but recently I've had trouble maintaining connection. Whenever the security alarm goes off in my house, it disrupts my internet connection. My connection is also very unreliable throughout the day and can result in me having to restart the modem from my laptop. I also have trouble with other signals gaining strength over mine. Other networks in my neighborhood gain nearly full signal strength (as can be seen when I use my wifi catcher), but the signal from my modem is shown as being weak. However, my father has the same laptop as me, but he has no trouble when he's browsing the net. I'm not sure how to fix the problem. I usually restart the computer, but that makes it a huge hassle and doesn't always work. By the way, I use Windows Vista.

Another example includes political correctness. Political correctness is also a device for propaganda that a government might implement in order to hide or "candy-coat" its own corruption and oppressiveness; they may choose specific wording in order to justify genocide or increment tensions with a rival nation. In summation, I believe that censorship destroys ideas and the ability to think freely.

Okay, here's a real one. The seniors graduated, so my math class had less than 5 people. We were talking and a kid says "Whatever happened to Christian?" I thought he was referring to the foreign exchange kid from Austria, so I thought of a random place and said "He went back to Africa." This is [bleep]ing ridiculous. I heard other countries, specifically the UK, are also trying to outlaw manga as well on the grounds that it's "child pornography." It's nothing but a form of art, not some pervert's sadistic fantasy. They're just purposefully using elastic clauses to interpret laws and the Constitution in other ways in order to manipulate them.
