I am about to get 99 strength in about a week and I wanted to level right by Sloane so I could immediately buy the cape. Since Sloane is right by the Shotput rings, I thought about throwing a few to level. (I think they give strength XP anyway) To get low enough to practically use a shotput for the level-up, I thought about getting my remainder really low off of a low level monster and then going to Lumbridge to use the training dummies (can use them at any level) to get reduced experience rates and get the remainder to 10 or so. I was wondering how much experience a shotput can give me.

I don't believe that anything a little above 350 volts would actually harm someone. A taser uses 5000 volts to subdue a person, not kill them. Anyway, I don't believe I would do it either. I wouldn't know for sure if the person was in agony or not, unless they were terrible actors.

The ending was pretty good until the last few minutes. I felt like the scenes with the robots didn't belong because they were actual videos of real robots... It felt tacked on.

I could safely declare myself a socialist, but probably not in the extreme sense. I also have a few liberal views, but I am by no means a Republican or Democrat.

What about the Champions Arena under the Champions Guild? It's kind of awesome. There's also the White Knight's Castle.

It has medium speed and the spec is like the granite maul. The only noticeable good thing about it is the fact that it looks kinda cool. Just buy one in the GE and sell it if the hype allows it to raise to a few million. Who knows, might be a good weapon afterall.

Start the Shades of Mort'ton quest and then go buy tarromin herbs and ashes and vials of water. Make Serum 207s for the cheapest herblore experience in the game. It isn't that slow either.

If you get 70 prayer for piety and haven't done Knight Waves yet, you should buy guthans, ~5 super restores, a super set + maybe an extra super attack potion, tuna potatoes (or manta rays), and fill the rest up with the best gear you can get. This makes it SO much easier.

What's the big deal with Britain owning N. Ireland? They should just move south if you ask me. They don't like a small part of Ireland belonging to Britain? They should really just move south to the greater part of Ireland. It's far better than spilling blood over a small strip of land.

People play private servers because they're so [bleep]ed up compared to the real RS. They are really appealing to PKers who are upset about not being able to PK like they could before the updates. Also, people can do whatever the hell they want on a private server (well almost). Not all of the people on them are people who could care less about the game/are too lazy to play the legal version. In fact, a lot of people go on them just to see what they like. With copyright infringement put aside, private servers are dangerous to mess around with because of the potential viruses.
