13m (what i just sold mine for) can buy you 73-90+? if that's possible, sign me up!! I asked around on Help and Advice, and everyone keeps telling me that I need at least 80 ranged to be cash efficient with chinning at Ape Atoll. They said that I should buy iron knives and train at Yaks until 80. So I'm guessing that grey chinchompas should at least get you 100+ experience per chin. If that is true, I should get like 3M experience. That should get me into the neighborhood of the mid to upper-80s. If the Ape Atoll chinning guide in the AoW is correct, I should be getting more like 200-250 experience per chinchompa if I do it right and am like 85-90 ranged. Either way, it'll get you on up there. [/OT] Oh and if we get mid-90s Range, we should get somewhere close to 99 hitpoints (I think) by the time we get that final ranged level with our chins.

It all depends whether or not 'natural born citizen' includes both Soli (born on US soil) or Sanguinis (child of at least one American parent). I believe that the term is inclusive of both. 'Citizen' would just include Naturalization, which is a fairly simple process by which foreign citizens become an official citizen of the US. A person can also become a citizen if they declare that they are a refugee and provide proof that their country is unsafe.

He's a natural born citizen as long as one of his parents is American. The issue is if he was born on American soil (there's a rumor that his mother couldn't make it to America to give birth to him). Either way I think the issue is ridiculous. I doubt if they would throw him out since he is a popular figure, and America is already suffering from a severely collapsing economy. Increasing Proliterian (common citizen) dissention even more is unwise and can lead to a catostrophic event for America; it just isn't worth the risk. He's the president, and if you don't like him being the president, vote against him in 2012.

The Troll Queen used magic more on me than her melee attacks. You should be able to do it, but just keep in mind that there's always a possibility that it can take a few tries. It's worth it though.

If I decided to sell my bandos chestplate (would then have a total of about 14m) and bought grey chinchompas (and trained at Ape Atoll), about what Ranged and HP levels would I get? I would probably use full void. My current Ranged level is 73 (1,040,802 XP) My current HP level is 84 (3,123,798 XP)

Although I have never monster hunted (I want to though), I would have to say that luck is the best way to make money. Skilling is a nice, steady way to make money, but you can easily grow bored of the grinding. The cash is only good for making a few million GP. EDIT: I'm STRONGLY debating whether or not to sell my bandos chestplate to buy 90+ range for GWD.

Nochalo. I would sort of agree with the untradable holiday items, but they are often seen as a way to prove how long someone has played. If there was some sort of feature in-game that allowed players to see how long the other player has played, then I'd be all for untradable holiday items being given to everyone. As far as party hats, crackers, santa hats, masks, etc., I personally do not think that they are really thought of as holiday items, but more as ways to store excess money. Some players do a lot of GWD (or some other cash cow) and make well over the money cap. It would be very unfair to suddenly make them lose most of their money (cash disappears if you try to add it to a capped cash pile), especially without warning. Granted, one could argue that god swords or other extremely high-value items could be used in place of rares being used to store excess money. However, if a player wants to use their party hats, why not allow them? Besides, you do NOT know the effects of liquidating thousands of rares and flooding the market with coins would have on the overall RS economy. You would be pissing off more than a few people; you would be pissing off dedicated players that have quite possibly played since the beginning of the game and have given more money to Jagex. They are the backbone of the game.

Yeah, I was pretty well scrambling to graduate. I missed about 40 days freshman year (compression fracture in my spine), I think 50 sophomore year, only 30-some junior year (I had a law class I LOVED and couldn't miss), and then over 70 my senior year. I got a "standard" (aka loser) 22-credit diploma (had 25.75 credits) and I think academic diplomas were 28 credits to get. 31 for honors (which my twin sister, our Valedictorian, got). Got a 32 on the ACT anyways, and a 5 on my AP Language & Comp test which annoyed my teacher for that class (where I got a D one semester and failed the other) to no end. :) What's lame is I wasn't even "skipping school" to do something fun or cool. I was generally at home, asleep (a good way to temporarily escape the world, which was my goal, plus I was always exhausted [failure anti-depressants]). [/hide] This year is my junior year, and I've been out for about a month due to an emergency appendectomy I had on January 26. Fortunately all of the teachers are scrambling to get assignments to the counselors so I can make up what I've missed, so I can still graduate next school term.
