I'll rather prefer 2 additional floors to the mining guild. The second floor for lv 75+ miners, with lot more coal and mith, some addition of addy rocks. Most bottom floor for lv 90+ miners, containing some runite rocks

If you have studied magnetism, you will learn that ana's device(magnet) attracts only iron and steel weapons, you can't wear any steel or iron metal armors is because your armor will be attracted by the magnet. Rune definitely can't be attracted by magnets so you still get the effects of that device anyways. Get it?

Why is there a need for 3 gardens, if you want convenient access to your chapel for faster prayer training, you can just build your portal in the garden north of your chapel, this way your south most garden can be deleted and repaced with a skill hall.
